Comment : Five stars is not enough for Brett and his crew. They are all very nice and professional. They do great work, and get it done quickly. Price was great. I came here to get my transmission fluid drained and filled based on a referral from my dad who uses them. They now have a custom for life, and the I will refer all my friends and family to go here as well. If 10 stars was an option I would give them that.

Comment : I came in for a diagnostic on an AC issue. The staff was reasonably friendly and got the car in fairly quickly. After their sweep they determined the compressor was faulty and needed replacement. They quoted around $1,300 for the work which sounded high but unfortunately is really just a product of the times. Their quoted price wasn’t the issue, what I did have an issue with was the $180 diagnostic fee. I understand opportunity cost and that my car was taking up a bay that could be doing any number of other things, however there was never a mention of the diagnostic fee, nor did the staff even disclose the amount prior to running my card. There was not an offer to have it deducted from the $1,300 when returning for the complete job either. $180 isn’t the end of the world for their time to look over the car, however the way they handled it left lots to be desired. If they had offered to deduct it from the actual compressor replacement, I wouldn’t have written this review.

Comment : AAA offered this as a choice for a tow after a mechanical issue on I 12 and I am very happy to have selected them.

They were very pleasant, quick and knowledgeable.

My wife and I were treated like a member of this family owned and operated business.
