Comment : Brought my truck in for an emissions test,. It didn't pass. But the guy that did the testing was extremely helpful and took a long time explaining everything and how I needed to drive to clear the last couple of sensors.

Comment : Great local shop. This is our go-to for tires in the area. Great service & prices. Very trustworthy. This visit also had them do an oil change and CVT fluid flush. They worked on it quickly and had the vehicle back to me on time.

Comment : I???ve used Zisser for years and had excellent service under the old management. Months ago I took my car in for some electrical issues and decided to get new tires while my car was in the shop. I asked for Michelin tires and the manager asked me if I???d consider Nexen tires instead. I declined and said again that I???d like Michelin. I told him I could wait for the Michelin tires to come in and that I???d take my car home while I was waiting so I didn???t take up a spot in their parking lot. I received a call a few days later to tell me my tires were in so I dropped my car off. They kept it for a day or two and I went up to pay and pick up my car. I walk up to my car and noticed the tread didn???t look like Michelin tread??? nope, they were Nexen tires???.you know, the ones that I didn???t want. I said something about the tires and got some song and dance about how my old tires were already picked up so they couldn???t do anything about it. I was angry but I left with my brand new Nexen tires.Fast forward a couple months, these are the noisiest tires I???ve ever had. Also, today was the first snowfall since I???ve had these crap tires and my car was sliding all over the place.Whatever happened at Zisser is a shame because this place used to be great. Comment : Went to get my vehicle Alignment done after uneven tire wear, and received a call that they wouldn't touch it without replacing the lower control arms and ball joints.
