Comment : Excellent service. I had a tire leak an the staff took care of it quickly. They had recommendations for replacements, and the tires were in stock. The waiting room is spacious with wifi and snacks. Highly recommend Ziems Ford for all you automobile needs. I had a 350 truck serviced and tire replacements. 5 stars. Lives

Comment : I set up an appointment to look at a truck for a monday and put in the application for the said truck. The salesman had finance run my credit score and did not tell the finance that the credit app was for the certain truck. On the day of my appoint I was almost to the company when the salesman called me and told me that the truck was sold after my credit app was ran by the company.. He did not care that I told him that was wrong for the company and him to have my credit checked. He was rude. This will be my last time that I go with this company and also will have my family stop buying from them also. I have purchased 2 trucks from them and family members have purchased vehicles from the company. If you can go elsewhere for the a ford. These people are dishonest.

Comment : This place is phenomenal! We called from out of state for a car very hard to find here in TX. Nicholas, the consummate professional, talked to us and we wanted to see the car but wished to take it elsewhere for a pre-purchase inspection. They agreed. We arrived and the car was in excellent condition, beautiful inside and out. We did have a pre-purchase inspection done and there were zero problems. The price was accurate in their paperwork and the internet, so we had our deal. They only tried to upsell a service agreement, but we declined. It was refreshing to not have to argue about weather tech floor mats or tracking devices the dealers like to add to fleece the customer. Jason, the manager, was flexible and easy to work with, as was Ben, the finance guy. Overall, their friendly and professional demeanor really clinched it for us. Our vehicle was detailed beautifully and we got all of the keys!
I wish they were not so far away from us in Texas, because we would LOVE to do business with them again.
Wherever you are, and whatever you need, give them a chance to sell you a car! You won’t be sorry!
