Comment : The service dept is a joke. Called last week and before I could ask any questions I got put on hold and waited and waited and waited....I called back and again got transferred but to no answer this time. I finally left a message hoping someone would get back to me about an oil change and brake job.
Fast forward a week again calling multiple times but everytime I get transferred to service no one picks up, so I assume at this point Ziems must not even have a service dept.
In a last ditch effort I asked to be transferred to a manager of some sort, any sort but again no one answered..go figure.
I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
