Comment : I recommend ZIA Automotive and would give them a 4.5 out of 5.0. AAA needs to adjust the survey rating scale to allow a finer division between the "stars" or "points". Service advisors Chuck & Brandon are very courteous and professional. Replacement of older model Ford Explorer rear wheel bearings, rear disc brakes, emergency brake and total alignment completed to my satisfaction and within time promised. Follow up correction/adjustment completed in very timely manner with no problem or additional cost. Shop was clean, well lit, organized. Mechanic was very helpful, pleasant to talk to, and showed me the old parts that he replaced.

Comment : With a late afternoon weekend car emergency these folks were kind and patient as we got our car towed in right at closing time. They fixed it up on Monday and the cost reasonable. I am grateful for their help.

Comment : On a roadtrip with my 86 year old mother, I thought that I had transmission problems. Zia's got me in first thing in the morning and checked it all our for me and made sure all was good to continue on the road.
