Comment : I'm not a car guy and before my current 2020 model, my newest car was a 2005. I had some concerns with my car and wanted to take it in. I called and after speaking for a few minutes, I was informed it was as the car was designed, or very likely. I was very appreciative for the phone call walk through and explanation of my vehicle. I'm not concerned about it anymore and I don't have to take it in.

Comment : I had pickup problems on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Was recommended to call Zeigler Transmission & Auto Repair by several bystanders. Turned out to be the best advice I could have received. Kris Thieme, fit me right in to his busy schedule, after being towed by Triple A on Monday morning. The problem was diagnosed and fixed. Everyone of his employees that I encountered were friendly, competent, and explained the details of the work in progress. I had complete confidence in my vehicle on my drive back to South Eastern Washington, where roads can be lonely and services few and far between. I would recommend Zeigler Auto Repair to anyone looking for quality work and peace of mind.

Comment : I called with a check engine light on during a long roadtrip. I was a bit stressed out but Kris had me come right in and helped remedy the issue in just a few minutes. Got me back on the road with no worries. Great service.

Comment : Scheduled trans replacement during a planned absence, they got it done and ready for us. Easy to work with, phone - remote options were great, expanded holistic car knowledge good. Got more than expected. Had a 2nd trans in second truck fail 2 days before we left, remote ordered trans, scheduled drop when returned, picked up 2 days after return, got more than I expected. 10/10 for both rigs.

Comment : My vehicle broke down on the pass and this shop did an amazing job troubleshooting the problem and able to get me back on my trip the same day. KRIS is one of the most honest and sincere mechanic I have encountered and he was very transparent and fair in his prices. It's great to know that good honest people still take care of strangers. Highly recommend you use this shop!

Comment : Been going to Chris and crew for 20+ years. Live in Walla Walla and still make the trip over because I just couldn't find anyone as good. Both my wife and I come here and depend on them for correct diagnosis and reasonable repairs. Chris is super knowledgeable and has always gone out of his way to help us. Thanks.

Comment : This shop was recommended to me when i had to have my truck towed from Cabbage hill where it broke down. i had to leave my truck there and get back to Washington (not seattle) where i live and work. The guy Chris is a condescending Jerk. Every time i spoke with him he talked to me like i was stupid. when i went to pick it up and tow it home he was only speaking to the friend i had with me ( a guy) until i reminded him it was I who owned the truck.
I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else if you are a woman. if this guy is married, I pity his wife.

Comment : The owner was real nice. we were stranded at the rest stop with a broken starter in the truck. had a new starter bought at reillys but couldnt get it to line up the bolts to the mounting. The service took the time to look at the truck eventhough they were very busy. That is excellent customer service, thank you!!
