Comment : Met Brian, the owner of the shop on Monday morning (3-23-2026). Found him to be very friendly and professional. My situation was that my son had veered off the rode while driving on Interstate 70. I was optimistic that the 2018 Buick Encore was still drivable. However, Brian got back to me right away and told me what I was looking at. Brian was able to give me solid advice and help me to take the next few steps in reference to my insurance claim. Good, honest mechanics are hard to find. And that is why I've taken a few minutes of my time to share high praises of Brian's shop, Horizon Automotive Service Center. The city of Grand Junction is fortunate to have somebody like him in town. At any rate, if you have car problems, call Brian and have him check it out.

Comment : I called Horizon Auto to diagnose my catalytic converter/check engine light issue. Sarah answered the phone, she was very pleasant and knowledgeable, I brought the car in and it problems were verified. We made an appointment to get the car fixed, in the meantime Sarah did some research on the particular catalytic converter issue and found that that particular issue was under recall. She called me and informed me as well as having the recall information printed for me which I was then able to take to a local dealership for a free repair. I have been to many dealerships in Grand Junction Colorado none of them ever mentioned my vehicle was under recall even though they did diagnostic checks. Sarah and Horizon Auto saved me a lot of money and are a service with integrity and absolute concern for their customers. Thank you
