Comment : I have to say, I do like how they are thorough with their inspections, how they give you a report, and how it is an in and out, same day when it comes to an alignment, and that even the tech called to talk to me.
Now, my issue here is.. I knew I needed an alignment, I knew the humming noise was my uneven tread. I've told them I took my car to MY mechanic, who is very thorough and good about finding problems, not even a month ago. I felt like they tried to "upsale" shocks, tires, and brake calipers and acted like they wanted to keep it to do those said things. Then when I got there, there was quotes for those 3 things along with quotes of the recommended actions of other maintenence to be done.
I get it, it's the "name of the game" and they probably genuinely cared. A) as a single mother, I got to do what I can when I can. B) like I said before my mechanic is pretty good about telling me about issues, while working on a another problem or working on the same problem. I'm pretty sure a month ago my mechanic would of told me about said shocks or whatever the case maybe.
I just came in for an alignment. Now if something was broken and needed fixed before alignment was done I would of gotten it fixed and continued the process.
All in all, I am satisfied with the service and the hospitality of all the staff, from front desk to the techs. And I do appreciate them getting me in and doing the work, at a decent price too.

Comment : They were quick, professional, and friendly. The tow truck driver, Dustin (I'm pretty sure), was a great chat and made a long tow pass quickly. I'm not an expert on tow truck rates, but it seemed very reasonably priced to me.

Comment : I needed to get home to Indianapolis in a hurry. I was stranded on the highway. Z-1 automotive was very sympathetic and understanding. They addressed the issue and fixed my SUV very quickly to help me get back on the road. They delivered quality work with great professionalism.

Comment : My fianc?e had her lower ball joint snap on the way to Missouri and this was the only shop near her, she is an 18 year old girl so you know how that goes with mechanics they see money signs. They charged her $700. $55 for the ball joint $135 for a alignment which was not even necessary and $590 for labor which is outrageous. Would like to visit this shop and teach them a thing or two! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE
