Comment : Literally they tried to actually rob me. So my truck developed a coolant leak that was coming from intake manifold which has aluminum coolant lines connected on it. Only thing that was leaking was the intake manifold. They quoted me $2,600 to change intake manifold which was leaking but also Water Pump was supposedly leaking too. I verified it WAS NOT leaking and saved myself $2,000 dollars when I did the job myself (and didn’t replace water pump) it was perfectly fine. Stay away from these scam artists. Another time I brought my mom’s car here and they quoted us $1,000 dollars to change 4 struts to stop the clunking noise we were hearing. We took it to another mechanic and he left the struts alone and only replaced both front lower control arms and we saved $400 dollars. Yousef Service Center is an absolute joke and you better believe we will never be coming back.

Comment : Literalmente intentaron robarme. Entonces mi camioneta desarroll?? una fuga de refrigerante que proven??a del colector de admisi??n que tiene l??neas de refrigerante de aluminio conectadas. Lo ??nico que goteaba era el colector de admisi??n. Me cotizaron $2,600 para cambiar el colector de admisi??n que ten??a una fuga, pero tambi??n la bomba de agua supuestamente tambi??n ten??a una fuga. Verifiqu?? que NO TEN??A fugas y me ahorr?? $2,000 d??lares cuando hice el trabajo yo mismo (y no reemplac?? la bomba de agua), estaba perfectamente bien. Mant??ngase alejado de estos estafadores. En otra ocasi??n traje el auto de mi mam?? aqu?? y nos cotizaron $1,000 d??lares para cambiar 4 puntales y detener el ruido met??lico que est??bamos escuchando. Lo llevamos a otro mec??nico y dej?? los puntales en paz y solo reemplaz?? ambos brazos de control inferiores delanteros y ahorramos $400 d??lares. El Centro de Servicio Yousef es una aut??ntica broma y ser?? mejor que crea que nunca volveremos.

Comment : Serviced on my car at Yousef's several times over the years. Albert the service advisor was great and techs could fix any problem I brought in. I returned a couple times this year and no Albert, the service was barely acceptable and more expensive than other providers.
