I have been going to them since 1990s. 1 Reviews Lisa s. Los Angeles , CA Reviewed : 08/29/2023 Comment : I was a regular customer of Your Right Solution for many years. I called its number yesterday, 8/29/23, only to find that the business is closed down (and has been for a month), and refers its phone callers automatically to AutoTek at La Cienega and Washington Blvd. So, I went to Auto Tek. AutoTek is substantially larger than Right Solution -- more auto-bays and staff, and I got good service in the office, which is modern and air conditioned. The manager, Bruce, attended to the tiny matter of an "idiot light" going on in my 2020 Prius. I'll keep Yelp posted as I learn more about how this business serves its customers. 1 Reviews Nina s. Los Angeles , CA Reviewed : 08/05/2023 Comment : I was a happy and devoted customer for a few years, but noticed things started to change after the retirement of an older gentleman who had been in charge...maybe it was Walter--I didn't get a name. The guy that took over spent most of his time yelling at the cashier about checking Yelp reviews before doing anything else. The last time I went in, they weren't very busy and no one seemed happy. The work was fine and they did it fast. However, I was going on a road trip through the Southwest in the middle of July and wanted them to check the fluids and battery. I asked my husband to take it in. He walked in and all the computers were gone and it was only one guy working. Instead of trying a different place (which I would have done, had it been me), my husband let this guy work on my car, but had to pay cash. He changed the battery, topped up the fluids and freon, etc. Well, we got as far as the I-15 and Tropicana Drive. It was 118 degrees in Las Vegas and the AC died. I had to wait until I got to Denver for a mechanic to check it out. Guess what? The guy had put too much freon in my car! It was embarrassing -- especially since the Denver mechanic asked if I did it myself! It was expensive. They had to flush the whole system and put in new freon for $500+! So... stay away from this place. It's no longer legit and who knows where all my personal info and my car's maintenance history are these days. I need a new place. Los Angeles , CA Reviewed : 05/19/2023 Comment : I was buying out my lease and just wanted some peace of mind that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle before I plunked down my hard-earned cash. Paco was great. He checked the car out from top to bottom, took it for a drive with me... and charged me nothing. That's the way to build customer loyalty. 1 Reviews W c.
