Comment : This was my second visit for oil change. I really was impressed the first time that s why I returned. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. However, I did not agree with the mechanic who did my oil change his time because he left something unplugged. none of my safety features work and my check engine light is on now. There are looking at it to see what it could possibly be and also let me use a loaner car.. After a miscommunication, we came to an understanding. Comment : My family has gone here for decades and we have never had an issue until now. I was treated disrespectfully, and was scorned for being fifteen minutes late for my oil change. It was actually less than ten when I walked in, and the man had zero compassion or empathy considering I am a new mom struggling with mental health post partum, on top of working full time being self employed. He implied my lateness would affect my car being done on time. I do not appreciate being treated disrespectfully, especially by a local business I have been loyal to since I could drive. Comment : It is a service plaza. Three stations for fuel. Car wash food inside. Great selection of beverages, beer/ wine and snacks. The store was clean. Staff was friendly.

Comment : My car needed an oil change and Yorktown employees determined that my tires needed to be rotated, my wiper blades needed to be changed, and my rear license plate bulb needed to be changed.
