Comment : The people at York's of Houlton could not have been more accommodating and more supportive of my purchase of a new Highlander Hybrid. I would recommend them to any good friend or family member. Zach, my sales representative, was awesome and even sent a car for me to test drive and then drove my new car right to my house (2.5 hours away). He was attentive, knowledgeable and caring. They also have a great financial office to help with your loan and Luis was awesome! He answered all of my questions and made it so easy! You can’t go wrong going to York’s!

Comment : We had a complicated, unintended issue with a vehicle purchase, and York's of Houlton stepped up. Complications can arise in any transaction, but how it's dealt with makes or breaks a company. I'm happy to say that York's of Houlton responded quickly, worked to make things right, and showed real integrity throughout the process. Comment : I did not purchase a vehicle there. My girlfriend did and I was with her. They had the patience of a saint! My GF took 3 weeks to decide that she wanted the truck. There were 2 she was looking at. We did not have to go ip a 3rd time because they brought the vehicle too her! We came from the Bangor area to Houlton. Now THAT is customer service!

Comment : Sales consultant, Levi Simpson was excellent to deal with, very professional for a young man,. He was very thourough and organized in giving you any helpful information and very important, never pushy!
The sale of my new Toyota tundra was very easy and stress free. They even took the time to deliver the vehicle to me which was an hour away.
As far as financing Emily Putnam was also very helpful and got our loan through the banking institution we had asked for, that we deal with on a regular basis with a good interest rate. She was very knowledgable of every aspect of her job.
