Comment : Took my 2023 outlander to get fixed in the body shop, dropped it off on friday- said it should be done by late monday- in the meantime- i was in a rental (full coverage on my vehicle) so INSURANCE to pay for rental Monday morning I got a call from Shane in the body shop- advising that they would need it a few more days (got it apart and had to order more parts) now saying it'll be ready but wednesday- okay cool.....
NOT
I ended up with the rental for 12 DAYS totaling almost 1,400. And they refuse to bill my insurance- I was responsible to pay it all up front and be reimbursed by my insurance company- they acted like money grows on trees in this economy- told me I had 3 days to pay or it was going to small claims- all while I have FULL COVERAGE insurance to pay for this- i ended up having to do a loan through Sun Bit (a company Yorks works with) to rectify this- it had to make a down payment of 618 and some change and eneed up financing 900- so now I'm paying this waste of space companies out the ass for something I had FULL COVERAGE FOR TO PAY- Why the hell do we have insurance for if we can't use it? I will NEVER do business with these slimy ass hats again.

Comment : This is my third purchase of a Toyota Tacoma from York's of Houlton. Every experience has been outstanding, and this most recent purchase was no different. Many, many thanks to Mark Chapmen, Emily, and Luis Laureano for their dedicated effort to making this deal as easy, fun, and painless as possible for me. Having all of my maintenance and necessary repairs (including purchase of tires, body work, etc) also done at York's over the years, I say with confidence that the whole team at York's is top-notch!

Comment : Scheduling is a breeze and staff are super friendly, but.......this car detail was a major disappointment. Been waiting for an invite to leave a review and have yet to receive one. Past detailings have been great. This time, not so much. Four spots/areas were missed. One was a very obvious stain on the head liner.

Comment : I just purchased my Tacoma truck, that I have always wanted. Not only did they make my transaction smooth they went out of there way for things I've never heard of a dealership doing!!
