I had everything done In About an hour from paper work to getting a tour of my vehicle. And also Emily Putnam was awesome to get some of the paper work ready before I even got there. Comment : Sales person was fine, finance woman was fine also. I guess I made the mistake of thinking they had better customer service. The vehicle i purchased has a small 3-4 inch scratch that they said they would repair. I made the purchase on a Saturday so paint shop wasn't open i guess to take a look at it. They asked me if I could bring it back up in a couple days so they could access the scratch and then schedule me to have it repaired. So instead of me driving 45 minutes each way a couple more times I said I can pick it up after they made the repair, I figured they would spend a quick hour on it and get me my vehicle in a couple days. Unfortunately I overestimated them. I guess they will need to keep it for a week or make me drive back and forth a few times. My mistake!Sales person was fine, finance woman was fine also.
