Comment : I had a fantastic experience at York's of Houlton! From start to finish, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. Levi Simpson was our salesman, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was personable, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed.

Emily Putnam handled our loan process, and she made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. The entire staff was knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating throughout the entire experience. We felt well taken care of and truly appreciated the level of customer service we received.

We'll certainly be back and highly recommend York's of Houlton to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

Comment : I've yet even closed on one of Yorks vehicles on lot. A 2013 Toyota Tundra. This would be the 2nd Tundra purchased. I've owned 5 RAV4 including a diesel version in Austria. All RAV4 pre 2012, the year of the "stupid" major changes ie back end door to overhead and Toyota gave up 6 cylinder engine.
So really bad move. Now RAV4 just another 'want to be'.

Now I'm at point of trading in the last fantastic manufacturing year of the Toyota 4Runner. 2013.

I'm getting low, low price for this Gem with only 101K miles as trade-in.

Sales Woman was typing on computer while working on details of bank offer.

I did mention to her if she needs to multi source, u are not paying attention. Her background no longer had the tick tick sound.

And she jumped to attention and asked what was i saying or more like please substantially explain?

Told Emily, I heard it and now after saying above don't.

Emily said she was bouncing on her ball...
Yup noticed the ball when in her office today.

Ball does not make tick tick tick sound
