Comment : The service was good not great. I felt that the labor cost was stiff at a little over $1,000 for a day's worth of work. When the service was completed the battery was low and had to be replaced. The shop did not notify me of this.

Comment : The charges they quoted were 3 times that of other places for the same service. I took the vehicle else where for service after paying a very high diagnostics fee.

Comment : They didn't fix the problem. They said the cause of the issue was corroded battery terminals. They cleaned the battery terminals. My vehicle was fine when I picked it up. But the next day the issue arose again leaving me stranded and having to have my vehicle towed to another repair shop causing me to shell out more money for the correct repair I'd like to be refunded.
