Comment : I hit an object in the street which damaged the transmission casing. Travis & Eric successfully searched for a refurbished replacement that was roughly half the cost of a brand new one from a dealer. It was installed quickly and the car was road tested over several days to assure that all worked well. A mechanic was dedicated to this repair and did a great job. Several progress reports kept me updated. YLAS has been servicing my Subaru for several months, with this experience being another example of their excellent customer service.
