Comment : Took my truck in to get the power steering fixed and ended up spending over $1000! I’ve never in my life have been charged $70 for a belt on a pulley! Told the receptionist when I dropped my vehicle off that 3rd and 4 gear were out (even gave special instructions on how to shift it) I get it back and now my 2nd gear is out. I didn’t just get ripped off by how much I paid for services but now I can’t go over 20mph

Comment : Worked to get me in for a state inspection on short notice. I realize that is not the most desired work they do (especially with a busy and full schedule) but the got me in when they said and got it done that day. It is much appreciated!

Comment : Casey from yokum contacted me about a brake inspection and wanted to speak to my husband about his 1 star review. My husband called her back and she argued and was unwilling to make it right by giving a refund. So unsure why she wanted to talk with him in the first place when it just turned into an argument with absolutely no resolution or customer satisfaction. We could have taken it up the road and gotten a free brake inspection plus saved hundreds on the brake install itself. Not at all satisfied.
