Comment : My husband and myself are far from being mechanically inclined, so we NEEDED to find a great shop with people we trust. I can say with absolute confidence that we needn?t look further!
We needed tire sensors replaced, high mileage fluid flushes, filter changes and over all maintenance. We also had some diagnostic work done as well. Yokum kept us up to date, in real time, everything they were doing, from initial inspection to completion. The best part? they did ALL of it in one day AND we didn?t have to sacrifice a small child or give up an arm or leg! ??
To say we are happy with the service is an understatement! Not only are we happy with the service, we trust Yokum Automotive to care for all of our automotive needs. We will most certainly use their services again in the future and refer them to our friends and family as well.

Comment : Good service, pricing was just a little high. For the service I had, if I had more done it would have been really fair for the price. I went to get a stereo installed and it took roughly 30 minutes. I paid a little under 200 and the stereo was 80 of it.

Comment : Dealt with Kacie three separate times, the first two times, she was abrasive and unprofessional. The last instance, she was downright rude.

The lack of professionalism is enough to keep me away for good. I do not recommend!

Comment : I brought my Lexus in with an evap leak. Not an easy thing to diagnose and fix, even for experienced mechanics. Yocum had the issue diagnosed the same day that I dropped off. They completed the repairs quickly, with no issues, and were fairly priced. Highly recommend!
