Comment : These people actively made my car worse! I came in for a diagnosis of a clanking noise when I drive. Ever since they looked at it, there is now a NEW noise that it did not do before.

To make things worse, they accused me of working on my own car to purposely make my tire loose. Not only that, they had the wrong license plate number listed on the diagnosis sheet and they gave me the wrong keys when I took my car back. Also, the price of maintenance is insane. They wanted to charge me 80 dollars for simply dusting my brake pads!

Comment : Took my car in to get it looked at, I feel like they gave me an honest opinion and when they felt there was nothing else to do but replace they did not try and just do something to it to make money. There was also no pressure at all. Kacie, Travis and Brent were very friendly and professional.

Comment : I took my Chevy truck in for its’ 100,000 mile maintenance items. Yokum helped me with a list of items that needed done and I was able to choose what to get done and what I wanted to wait on. The price was clearly disclosed upfront.
The work was done promptly and very professionally. I did have a faulty new spark plug after a week of driving and Yokum was very accommodating getting the problem resolved quickly and under their warranty.
I was able to drop off my truck and I was picked up at my home later that day by their driver as part of the service!
I recently had my oil changed there for the first time. Having a professional mechanic under my truck doing the service and looking over the vehicle while there was a nice upgrade from my recent service place.
The price was fair and the service was great. Highly recommend!

Comment : I made the mistake of taking my vehicle someplace else and ended up thinking I was just gonna get a second opinion on the work the first company said I needed. Thank goodness.I did not go with them meeting "Name of a tire" store, here in Republic MO. Yocum automotive tried to do everything they could with parts, even though I didn't want to hear things had went so bad, and there was so much more I needed than what was originally told to me. They were very considerate and they were compassionate with my circumstances , but most of all , I really feel like it was the best choice to go with Yocum. They are friendly and willing to help.If there's any way they can. Just great customer service! I even have to have them. Look at something and they are even helping me with that.So if you want the best service ever.Then you wanna go with Yocum hands down!!!!
