Comment : If I could give them 0 stars I would definitely do so! I understand making a living and a fair profit. Unfortunately they do not understand these basic fundamentals of business. They tried to charge me over 300 dollars to do a job that would have taken less then 2 minutes. I ended up doing it myself and it literally took me 1 and a half minutes. The part was only 60 dollars at O'Reilly Auto parts. It's so sad because I really wanted to make this the place we take out business vehicles. I only hope they will Honor the reinspection law. If not then they are definitely not even worth a star. This is so sad for a local business! Lean to actually care about your customers and do better guys! Just do better!

Comment : I was traveling out of town when my vehicle broke down with a bad spark plug & ignition coil. Having replaced plugs before I figured I’d go to the auto parts store, swap the plug & coil & be on my way in 20 minutes. Unfortunately the plug was broke in 2 pieces & I didn’t have the extractor tool needed to retrieve the bottom half. Yocum was able to remove the plug with no problem & also recommended some other maintenance issues to prevent possible future issues. They provided me with photos of the problems & left the decision up to me with no pressure. I would definitely recommend using them.

Comment : I had just realized my tire was low, saw that I had a nail in it, so pulled in to get it patched. They promptly took care of me and had me on my way. The lady gave me and 3 little boys I had with me a ride to Sonic, even though it wasn’t far, it was super hot out. Thanks!

Comment : I came in for routine service, but I left feeling unsure and disappointed. I was quoted what seemed like unusually high prices (like $72 to install a part i already had) and felt like I wasn’t being given clear or respectful answers to my questions. I couldn’t help but feel dismissed, and as a woman, it felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously.

I don’t want to assume bad intent, but I walked away feeling like I was taken advantage of. I hope this was just a one-off experience, but I personally won’t be returning. They also did not return my screws for my part back to me. I would be cautious of this business, especially being a woman.

Comment : Had a shop turn me away for an alignment after they said the bolts on my LCAs were seized. Having just had an alignment last summer, I did not buy that. I took it to Yocum instead to have it done. They had it done the next morning, had no issues with the bolts (to my knowledge), and charged half the price that the other shop would have charged! Will be getting alignments here from now on.
