Comment : Sparks did an amazing job with my vehicle! I was a little nervous to be spending so much money on repairs on my old '07 Accord, however, it was worth every penny. I feel like I'm driving a new car! Plus, I didn't know there'd be a Car Care Club Member package giving me so many coupon deals (other places don't do this). Comment : Well, I wasn't going to leave a review but since I received a text message asking me to do so, here I am. I have never been to this location before, but chose to come here mostly because of all the good reviews, and that it was one of the closest places near me. I needed a new battery, for my VERY basic base-model 17 kia forte. I was told by a worker (who I wont name unless requested by owner) that I "had" to get the ($365) AGM battery for my vehicle. Being in the automotive industry for the last 10 years, I questioned it, to which I was told I "Can't just get the basic '2-year cheap battery'" and that the battery I already had in my car/needing replacing was also an AGM battery (which was 100% NOT true at all). With my busy lifestyle and enormous winter storm coming this weekend, I (stupidly, literally) said "f it, just do it" -- I knew I was getting the run around and I take fault for paying nearly $450 just for a diag and battery. Just writing this review here to warn young women especially, coming here alone, as they must have thought I was an idiot and didnt know what I was talking about. Will never return. I got got. Would have given 1 star, but I knew what was happening and I paid for the convenience of getting my car back the same day without the hassle of getting my own battery/installing myself.Well, I wasn't going to leave a review but since I received a text message asking me to do so, here I am.
