Comment : Called these folks up and J D answered. He was able to get me a rough quote and spot for the next day. Show up, give em a quick run down and took a seat to wait for a while for my ride. These guys had my car in, tinkered on, and finished before my rides Dr appointment was finished. The price was reasonable and the customer service was fantastic. Even my buddy that was with me was impressed and stated he'd bring his car here when it was back on the road. I had called up another place to get the same work quoted on, and they never called me back. I'll stick with Yingling's from now on! Thanks guys!

Comment : I had a bad morning and really felt frustrated by the miscommunication. However I want to retract my review and say that any other company I've ever left a serious and honest review (especially when I had a bad experience) never did anything to make up for that. However this company actually reached out to me and told me to leave the review as is but they just wanted to make sure to make right by me. I'm very grateful for that this has not been a very good couple months for me. And my attitude could have been better and for that I apologize. Overall this company has always been loyal and really well caring for families and people's safety. However this company actually reached out to me and told me to leave the review as is but they just wanted to make sure to make right by me. Comment : So far we are very pleased! JD has been so easy to communicate with and such a huge help. My 18yr old son is dealing with some repair work on a (new to him) used vehicle from a local dealership in Topeka. Although we are having issues with the dealership YingLing s has been such a help! Thank you!

Comment : I didn't post a review when this happened because it was embarrassing, but now I've had a 3rd person tell me she had the same type of experience so I'm making it public. I took my car in with what they told me was a $150 electrical problem. No problem. They didn't call me when they said they would, so I called a couple times within an hour before they closed asking if it was ready. J.D. (I believe was his name) told me that they fixed the electrical, but when they drove it around the block there was a new issue. Because I'm not very bright, I believed him when he said I needed a new water pump. $700 and 2 days off work (I worked 50 miles from town) without a vehicle later, I get my car back. There's dirty butt and hand prints on my seats, as well as scratches all across my back bumper. All of my friends told me I was stupid to believe I actually needed the water pump when I had never had an issue until they had the car for 24 hours, and that pump in my car definitely didn't look new. How embarrassing and unfuriating. -I realize the pictures are low quality, but you can definitely see a crotch outline on the seat. I'm sorry to the other women I talked to who had this happen..I really thought all the good reviews and the recommendation from another mechanic were enough.I didn't post a review when this happened because it was embarrassing, but now I've had a 3rd person tell me she had the same type of experience so I'm making it public. Comment : I rarely write a review. Yingling's already has a sterling Google review rating. Despite these two facts, I still felt it was appropriate to give them a review.In short, I generally agree with all of the other 5 -Star reviews. This is a straight-shooting operation, with high quality workmanship and excellent customer service. As a student, I can't afford them for everything. I can say that they are definitely worth every penny they charge because I was given the highest level of repair work in the fastest timeframe I have ever experienced, and they provided me significant extra services for no charge. Having paid auto repair shops across the country over the past 30 years for work on my vehicles, I would rate Yingling's as the best overall auto repair shop I have ever had to deal with.I rarely write a review. Yingling's already has a sterling Google review rating. Despite these two facts, I still felt it was appropriate to give them a review. ???More
