Comment : Very disappointed. They listened to a place I bought my car from and pieced my truck together. It was very unsafe to drive. Did not even fix the issue with it. I will never do buisness with JD or yinglings again. I highly dont recommend. They should know not to do the things they did to my truck an then let me drive off like that. On top of that they put the absolute cheapest parts they used on it. It cost well over $1500. It is in a different shop now getting fixed AGAIN after they had it for a week an supposedly fixed it. They actually made the problem worse.

Comment : Did nice work. Can't give a higher rating because things I approved a one estimated price turned out to be higher.
For example oil change for 22.00 turned out to be 65.00 total.
Disappointed.

Comment : Called these folks up and J D answered. He was able to get me a rough quote and spot for the next day. Show up, give em a quick run down and took a seat to wait for a while for my ride. These guys had my car in, tinkered on, and finished before my rides Dr appointment was finished. The price was reasonable and the customer service was fantastic. Even my buddy that was with me was impressed and stated he'd bring his car here when it was back on the road. I had called up another place to get the same work quoted on, and they never called me back. I'll stick with Yingling's from now on! Thanks guys!

Comment : I had a bad morning and really felt frustrated by the miscommunication. However I want to retract my review and say that any other company I've ever left a serious and honest review (especially when I had a bad experience) never did anything to make up for that. However this company actually reached out to me and told me to leave the review as is but they just wanted to make sure to make right by me. I'm very grateful for that this has not been a very good couple months for me. And my attitude could have been better and for that I apologize. Overall this company has always been loyal and really well caring for families and people's safety. Comment : So far we are very pleased! JD has been so easy to communicate with and such a huge help. My 18yr old son is dealing with some repair work on a (new to him) used vehicle from a local dealership in Topeka. Although we are having issues with the dealership YingLing s has been such a help!
