Comment : This review is for the Inspection Station only:They opened a few minutes after the posted time. I was the fourth car in line, the staff averaged one can every 15-17 minutes. They only do one car at a time for state inspections. Comment : Told me to come by any time, so I showed up at 11am and got yelled at for coming by too early. I was told the one person that can do the job was on lunch and would be back at 3pm. Unprofessional and rude for no reason.

Comment : The inspection station has to be the biggest joke . It s 8 A.M-5PM but the one guy they have do it changes the hours. Sometimes he starts at 9. Sometimes he stops the line at 12PM and tells you to get lost. Like you really have no clue what these goons hours are going to be. Unprofessional. If you re going to allow this guy to make his own hours. Have them reflect properly.

Comment : I really liked using Yates until my most recent oil change in late spring. Unbeknownst to me, they didn t tighten the cap back on. I didn t realize this until the oil had completely drained out as I drove it a dangerous situation for the engine. When I went back, there was no apology. They did fill up the oil. Out of concern, I took my car to the dealer to have the engine checked for damage. There, they discovered that Yates had overfilled the oil this time and it was all over the engine. After several calls, I finally got a hold of a manager who offered one free oil change, but did not acknowledge the possible damage to my engine nor the expense incurred with the inspection. Since then, I have not been able to reach the manager nor receive a call back. Additionally, as part of the oil change, they took a look at my brakes. Is that standard? They said my brakes did not pass their inspection and gave me a quote for the work I needed to have done. Fortunately, I has my brakes checked at my Honda dealer. The dealer said they were fine Very disappointing service.

Comment : I have been taking my Lincoln since 2012 and have always been satisfied for the most part - in the beginning you had great people working there who valued their work and had great customer service. Now it is night and day different. The people working there don't do their job right and they don't seem to care AT ALL. I had to remind the guy (Floyd) to do everything that was included in an oil change. I asked him if he checked all the fluids and with an attitude he said yeah but I didn't see him check anything other than walk around doing nothing. Then, I asked him if he had checked the tires and he quickly turned around mumbling something and went ahead and checked my tires. (Who knows if he did it right) He had really back gestures and his demeanor was intolerable. I had to remind him how to do his job. I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY CAR BACK TO THIS PLACE. Its so sad to let go but as a business owner my self, I know how important customer service is and if you don't train or hire the right people no matter if you have to go through 100 candidates then your business will fail. Not sure if you (management/owner) will care at all about this, but you WILL loose money if you don't do anything about it!!!
