Comment : The service was exceptiinally great. We were on a family trip to Virginia when our vehicle broke down. We are not from the area, so had no idea who to call, took my car to Yates Automotive based on reviews and everything was taken care of quickly over text and the phone. Joey and his team were excellent, flexible and accommodating during all this as we had to come back to Canada. Joey even texted a couple of days later to make sure we made it home safely and everything was all right. Truly exceptional; I highly recommend Yates Automotive. Thank you so much for your service. Comment : I had my antique '64 MBZ detailed in preparation for the Speed and Style car show last weekend in Alexandria. Joey the Manager was out of this world good. Professional in every way. When we finalize the details (price and time the work would be completed) and I looked confused as to how do I get home? He quickly suggested he'd drive me home. What a relief. Second was the condition of my car following the detailing it was exceptional. This is the second year I used their detailer and his support team. Price was fair and work the best I've ever used. Comment : Over Super Bowl weekend, I had an issue with my car battery and brought it to Yates Automotive. They quickly replaced the battery, but after leaving, I noticed a clunking sound while driving. I brought the car back, and they discovered the front right axle was cracked.

Despite it being Super Bowl Sunday and most suppliers being closed, the team at Yates made sure the issue was properly diagnosed and addressed. While they sourced the parts and completed the repair, Zan was especially helpful in setting me up with a loaner vehicle for the week — which made the whole situation much easier to manage.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and focused on making sure my car was safe and ready to go. I really appreciated their service and would definitely recommend Yates Automotive to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop.

Comment : took my car into Yates for my annual State Safety Inspection. Surprisingly the car failed the safety test due to faulty front suspension and then I was quoted to fix at $500 parts $600 labor and $200 wheel alignment!!! And they could fix it immediately as they just happen to have the parts for a 2013 Subaru Outback!! I smelt a rat and the next day I paid $20 for a second inspection and guess what?? It passed!! Yates are Scammers!!!!
