Comment : Wait is long for inspection but I suggest being there early , otherwise the service was great . Elleni was so courteous and offered me complimentary beverage while Luis and Will took care of my car and were super nice . At the end they give you a free car wash so the wait was worth it !

From their dry cleaning to their car wash, the experience always exceeds the expectations. This year for my state inspection I decided to use Yates automotive and yet again, exceptional service and quality output. Thanks Yates team!

Comment : I've been going to Yates for several years now, servicing both my car and my partner's, and the experience has always been great. That's why I was surprised by how things went today. I called yesterday to ask about a safety inspection and was told to come in this morning When I arrived, a gentleman asked if he could help me. I said yes, I'm here to drop off my car for an inspection. He asked if I had an appointment, and I replied no. He then told me they were fully booked with eight cars. I explained that when I called yesterday to ask if inspections were being done and whether I needed an appointment, I was told no appointment needed. So I was confused when I was asked about an appointment upon arrival. At that point, another gentleman in a white shirt interjected and said, "We're booked," but did so with an attitude. Fortunately, I was able to find another garage just down the street in Delray. They also had eight cars ahead of me but were still willing to take my car, clearly they prioritize customer service. It's a shame that wasn't the case here. That said, I've had good experiences here in the past, so I'll take that into account

Comment : DO NOT USE THE PLACE. The employees are horrible. I took my car there for its inspection. The person that does the inspection almost hit another car as he was doing the test drive. I sat on the side bench, waiting forever. When i fin a lly got the attention of a employee to ask the status of my car. I was told that they did not know where my car was. When the finally returned with my car I said that the place was totally disorganized and i will go somewhere else.. I demanded that i was leaving and finally got my keys.
I was furious when i got in my car. The steering wheel was coved with grease and my front seat had smeared grease along the side. It smelled horrible. I ask for mmgr and was told that the mgr was not in. That i would have to call him in the morning.

DO NOT US THIS PLACE. THEY ARE USELESS. MY HOPE IS THAT SOMEONE NEEDS TO ASK TRUMP TO SEND ICE AGENTS THERE FOR INSPECTION.
I am sure if ICE Agents were to go there , the next day you would see a HELP WANTED SIGN.
I already called the number to report undocumented
