Comment : Xavier’s is the most thorough, honest and friendly auto shop I’ve been to. I was having engine issues with my Honda Odyssey and took it to 4-5 places (including the dealership, don’t get me started) for repairs. Most gave me the run around or couldn’t figure out the issue. Xavier’s worked with me and my background knowledge of the vehicle. Before doing any work photos were taken and explained. One of the issues ended up resurfacing but thanks to the warranty on the part it was replaced with no hassle, free of charge. They are the best and I will tell everyone I know to see them for car issues great or small.

Comment : Had brakes done on my x5 and the shop that replaced them couldn’t get codes reset. Called Xavier’s shop, 5 mins before they closed. He got me in and took care of the issue with a smile at that. Very helpful in my time of need and did what I needed done without complaint due to them closing. I recommend everyone come here for their car needs

Comment : Yea. Wow. First impressions hit hard sometimes in un-expected positive ways. The people here will catch the details that others overlook. I thought that my last inspection had been good until X's team examined my car. 10/10 because 5 stars doesn't cut it. They saved me a ton of problems by bringing things to my attention with proper live communication & a comprehensive image over view. Higher than normal & very much of a Intelligent service at this place.

Comment : I'd encourage caution with this shop specifically around their pricing. They quoted me $580 for an oil change. Ended up going with a shop for $110. They quoted me $2k for front and rear differential and transfer case fluid exchange. The other shop quoted $450. Make sure you shop around!

Comment : I wouldnt recommend a fried. I went there for a State inspection. My car is only two years old, The guy at the front desk starting point out things that could fail my inspection, but my car is fine. They were just hitting around for a nice tip… never again. ✌

Comment : The customer service was absolutely top notch.I took my car to a shop i randomly selected and they did not dissappoimt.They kept me abreast every step of the way and they even provided a video link to show me what the mechanic was doing on my car.Chris was very informative and kept me informed every step of the way.My car is fixed and i am very satisified.Kudos to Xavier's Auto Shop and just know you will be highly recommended.
