Comment : Do not take your car to this place. Truly some of the worst service I have ever experienced with any business. My car got dropped off here SIX weeks ago, was supposed to be done in 14 days? they have told me the car will be ready in two or three days multiple times now when it comes to be that day, they call saying it will be a couple more days. They ordered the wrong part for my car 3 times. Today when I was supposed to pick it up they called saying the assembled it incorrectly & will need to redo it bc it didn?t pass realignment so it will be ANOTHER WEEK!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!

Comment : I have used Wright collision of Ambridge a few times with different things needed on my vehicles and they have always been great from Service to the job finished. I just took my Lincoln aviator there because I am a repeat customer and they have always done a great job. I also have bought four different vehicles from Wright. So I have been a loyal customer for several years with the Wright organization. But I have to tell you with the Lincoln aviator. I have had a very bad customer experience with a gentleman there named Len He flat out lied to me about parts being ordered about the insurance company showing up. He doesn?t return phone calls. I spoke to his boss Bill he was not any help either. It?s a shame because Wright is literally 10 minutes from my house and very convenient and most likely I will never buy a car from them again or use their collision service. Nothing was done as far as a customer experience standpoint I mean nothing.

Comment : I HIGHLY recommend Wright Collision for their excellent customer service and quality auto body work. The technicians went above and beyond, and my vehicle looks like new!

Comment : Took my truck there to get damage repaired from someone taking off my mirror at a high speed. When I pick the truck up I noticed there were some inconsistencies and I stopped receiving email correspondence. You can literally see the bondo they put in the dent (a dent mind you that could have easily been PDR'd out) there are horrible cut buff marks and swirls all over the entire door along with chips that look like they were touched up after the initial repair was completed... Extremely unprofessional very displeased. I do not live close to this place I drove to Wright Wexford because I thought I was going to get OEM quality work done and instead I had someone slap Bondo in a dent paint and poorly buff my door... Now I get my truck isn't brand new but it's all I got and that shouldn't mean I get poor quality repairs whenever I'm paying extra out of pocket. This is not quality work if you want it done professionally go elsewhere.

Comment : Had major hail damage. Wright did a wonderful job. My car is perfect. They even detailed the inside. My car hasn’t looked this good in quite some time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Comment : I had a front end collision and A little bit damage on the rear end had my vehicle towed in and it sat in the parking lot for almost 2 weeks before it was even touched. Meanwhile, I only have 45 days of coverage for a rental as my rental coverage is about to expire. I contact the shop and they tell me it will be one week at this point my rental coverage expired and I had to pay out-of-pocket. I then proceeded to call them back at the end of the one week and they told me one more day for almost 2 weeks straight Eventually, I get my vehicle back and take it home. The body lines are not lined up. There are scratches throughout the entire vehicle passenger door. Sounds like it's going to fall off. There was wiring I had for my dash camera that was ripped up out of the inside of my vehicle Not very happy

They ended up having the car for eight weeks. I was able to pick it up on March 21. PRIOR to picking it up, I asked the staff specifically to please, please just look over the vehicle and drive the vehicle before they called me to pick it up. To ensure everything is good. The LAST thing I wanted was to have to bring the car back again after not having it for eight weeks.

I picked up the car. There was problem. Part of the fender was not attached properly and was jutting out from the vehicle. It was not something I had to search for- it was glaring. They immediately agreed it was a problem, and said they'd order the part and I'd have to bring it back in. But I wasted a trip because they didn't ensure the work was done properly. I know mistakes happen all the time, but I had asked my contact specifically to take an extra minute for me to ensure there were no problems. But there were.

Then I drove the car. When I brought it in, the brakes were as smooth as can be. But when I got it back, the car was shuddering so badly I was concerned about driving it, let alone putting my family back in it.

I called on March 22nd, and the guy that answered the phone indicated that it's shuddering because the car was left on the lot and the rotors rusted. He said that he "has his guys" drive the cars a bit so that doesn't happen, and that he "can't stand when that happens," and to "bring it in and we'll take care of it." So this tells me that they know this can be a problem when a car sits there too long.

So once the part to fix the fender was in, I took it back again about a week later. They fixed the fender. They also did an alignment (because I was concerned about the entire front-end at that point). But they told me I was out of luck on the rotors. The couldn't replace them.

Needless to say I was pretty upset when I got there. They said that even though they knew the rotors would be damaged, it's not their problem.

So after them having my car for 8 weeks, me having to bring it back again to fix what wasn't fixed in the first place, I now have another at least $1,000 to fix something that wasn't broken before I took the car in.

I thought there'd be better service and more integrity because Wright Collision is associated with the Wright family of car dealerships. But I was wrong.

My advice- just don't take your car there. There are plenty of other options.'>

Comment : I had an accident in an almost brand new SUV on January 20. The vehicle had roughly 11k miles. I took it immediately to Wright Collision as I was nearby. There was a significant amount of damage, adjustor said to expect it will be in the shop for a month. Wright wouldn't commit to anything of course, but indicated that was roughly the timeline. As time passed, they kept me well-informed. But the updates began to become contradictory. For example, towards the end, they indicated that the car was going to de-nib and then would be sent for calibration. But the next update was that the car was going through final assembly, and then would be going to de-nib.

Comment : The repairs were well done, and my car looks great, but the communication could have been better. I had to call multiple times for updates, and the final cost was higher than the initial estimate. Overall, decent work, but I wish they were more transparent
