Comment : I just picked up my car from Wright Collision (Ambridge) and had an exceptional experience. I needed a dent, rust, and paint chipping above my wheel repaired. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate very quickly and a fair rate was provided (paying out of pocket). They scheduled the repairs shortly thereafter and were patient with me when I had to reschedule due to a family matter. I asked if I could have the car back within the week (need to work on the weekends) and they hustled to get it done and was very communicative about their progress. The work looks amazing, like a brand new car. They even detailed the inside and outside. I can?t recommend them enough!

Comment : I thought they were quite easy to work with. They coordinated nicely with the insurance and rental car companies. The whole process took a touch longer than I expected, but the work was well done.

Comment : Communication is definitely lacking in this collision department. I was given no updates about my vehicle, no warnings of issues or delays and if I didn't call, I wouldn't have known what was going on. It took them 9 days longer than they initially quoted for my vehicle to be returned to me, they did not communicate well during this time, they offered no reason for my vehicle being delayed, and no attempt at holding themselves accountable or compensating me for my inconvenience. I had to physically show up at their location and sit before I was acknowledged. I was promised return calls and information and I never got them, and was basically shut out of the whole process and that did not sit well with me. What was even more disturbing is the service manager was ok with the secretary taking the hit for his negligence. I asked to speak to him and was denied, she attempted to hold me off while he slid out the side door and got in a vehicle. It was disturbing to watch somebody lack so much accountability. State Farm suggested I bring my vehicle there but it will never happen again and I've been more than vocal with friends and family about my experience.I am praying my vehicle was fixed properly because I'm just not sure of the work quality based on the rest of my experience with this department. I wish I had read the reviews before I drop my vehicle off here.

Comment : Wright Collision had my C8 Corvette last year for insurance covered repairs to replace the rear bumper cover. I would not recommend them. The paint wasn?t blended well and has obvious orange peel. I?ve also had issues with the reverse sensors and the tail lights since, which Sun Chevrolet claims was their fault.
