Comment : Excellent place. Very knowledgeable. My car had a steering problem and they got it done promptly and I am very happy with their work. Runs and drives like a charm! They also took care of my inspection and gave me a loaner car while waiting for the part to come in . Thank you Eric!

Comment : Took our car for a windshield replacement. Price was fair (cheaper than Safelite) and service was efficient. They even have loaners is you are in a pinch

Comment : I have had four vehicles in the Easton location for things like inspections to check engine lights. They are very accommodating with getting vehicles scheduled quickly. They always call with an estimate prior to performing the work. One occasion the cost of the repair was lower. This shows they are fair, as well. Staff is friendly and willing to back up the work performed. I never felt like more than necessary was being suggested. Keep up the good work. Thanks to all involved who worked on the vehicles brought into the shop.

I was told the service advisor who kept feeding me excuses over and over throughout that suddenly quit after they found out she was lying to customers.

The owner explained everything and I let it slide despite the time and money I lost because of that.

On 4/21/25, I brought the Cadillac truck back for a few simple things.

Swap headlights to pass inspection since the new ones I could not acquire bulbs for (two 10 mm bolts as I left the rest out. Maybe 5 minutes of time)

PA inspection and emissions

Replace thermostat (15 minute job, apparently one bolt was stuck. They told me it would take about 20 minutes)

TPMS sensor install (not program) MAYBE 45 min.

Original quote of $400 "or less" and would be done by Wednesday morning (2 days later).

Fast forward again until Saturday (5 days later) and I show up to pick up the truck after receiving no phone calls.

I was handed a repair order totaling nearly $900 with labor times out of this world. 3 hours for a thermostat.. 2 hours for TPMS sensors.. hour and a half for headlights is the one that got me the most.

I asked to speak with the owner, Dave, since the service advisor I dealt with was not there and the current one could not answer any questions I had whatsoever.

I then stood there for 45 minutes as the owner sat at his computer fondling whatever and on the phone. The service advisor when asked told me the owner was listening to phone calls from our conversation of me and original advisor.

He still had yet to greet me or say a word to me and now apparently was thinking I was lying or I'm not sure?

He came out and asked " what was up" and I explained I never okayed this work in the times were out of this world.

I mentioned I myself am a master technician who can do just about anything to vehicles and currently have building several of them. I worked at dealerships my whole life and am it familiar with every aspect of how things work at repair facilities. I mentioned I was a service advisor as well and these numbers don't make any sense whatsoever.

He then admitted that it was once again the technicians and other mechanics fault and then asked me "what I wanted to pay?"
I told him the original amount would be nice and at this point he said he had to "fire me as a customer"

I said hold on. I can't come back here because you guys aren't doing jobs correctly and aren't running a business correctly whatsoever and he said yes.

WITH THAT BEING SAID, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE AND STAY VERY FAR AWAY. LOTS OF SMILES AND HANDSHAKES BUT THE TIMES YOU ARE BEING CHARGED FOR THE WORK THAT IS BEING DONE RIGHT IS NOT CORRECT. I HAVE SPOKEN TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ENCOUNTERED THE SAME THINGS. THEY ADD LITTLE BITS OF TIME HERE AND THERE AND HOPE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THIS AND MOST OF THE TIME THEY DON'T.

Comment : Where to start:

I brought this facility two vehicles to work on when they originally opened. A Porsche 911996 and a Cadillac Escalade EXT.
The Porsche had to be gone over and a few things fixed as a previous shop scammed me out of money and lied about work done.
The escalade needed exhaust work and a few other things.
I was told both vehicles a couple weeks.
Fast forward nearly 5 months and I didn't have my vehicles back.
