Comment : Drew made it hard to write this review because I truly believe he was doing what he could to help me, but getting an inspection from this place has been a disaster. At first I was over the moon they were able to take my car last minute on Tuesday 9/3, but it was all down hill from there.First, they never called during the process and so we called them. Drew says that it's all good and should be ready for pick-up in 10 so we made our way over. Once we get there Drew says that he's sorry because not only is the car not ready, but it didn't pass inspection.He then says verbally why it didn't and hands me a work order. Wanting to respect that they were closing up and I wasn't going to have it fixed for their outrageous prices, I left. Needing to get it fixed, I realized they never told me which inner tie rod they were failing me for. I called three times that week and each time was either just given the work order or told they would send it.A week goes by, never sent. Then on the day I'm fixing it I call again, Drew tries to help but yet again sends a work order and says it was never written down. The problem is the tie rods don't need to be replaced because they have no give whatsoever, myself and Stonehouse Tire and Auto verified this.Finally, I said alright whatever I'll replace them both, fix the other stuff, and then you can give me my sticker right? Nope. They're refusing to give me the sticker until they can do another full inspection that they'll presumably make me pay for since they threw out my coupon.Do not trust this place, while the customer service is alright it is clear the regular service is sketchy at best.Drew made it hard to write this review because I truly believe he was doing what he could to help me, but getting an inspection from this place has been a disaster. Comment : Great place to take your car for the basics. But for a simple oil change, they loosened all the bolts next to my gaskets and caused oil to spill all over my engine block. Cost me almost 2k to get it fixed. They replaced rounded tires with tires that rounded within two days of being new and would not cover under warranty. I recommend your dealership if you want trusted service. And despite their posters at the shop, they don't report anything they do to carfax.Great place to take your car for the basics. Comment : Very professional and personable! Shop is extremely clean! Took great care of my vehicle for inspection, brakes, and rotors. They even got the little shake I was experiencing while braking. Will definitely come back for future work!

Comment : I previously wrote a negative review but would like to follow it up with a very positive review. There was some miscommunication and was glad to say it has been resolved and Thank the owner and his Staff for their efforts to making the effort and satisfaction. Wrenchtec gets a Thumbs Up! and look forward to doing business with them in the near future.
