Comment : I have only ever left a couple reviews in the past, but I feel obligated to highly recommend Wrenchtec. I thought my transmission was a gonner. It turns out that the ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid) cooler is in the radiator. It broke and the coolant got intermixed with the ATF. That's what caused the vehicle to surge and eventually stop altogether- and in a dangerous traffic situation. I called AAA and got towed. AAA recommended Wrenchtec, which was not far away, and I am glad they did. The radiator had to be replaced and both fluids had to be removed and replaced completely. WrenchTec had the equipment to exchange the fluid, not a power flush, and the know how. It took hours to do, and they got right on it even though I didn't have an appointment. Each of the 5 people I spoke to at Wrenchtec were great. Comment : A $2000 repair job turned into a $7500 quote waaayy too quick. I knew for a fact that I was being lied to as soon as they told me I needed new brakes for inspection. Their opinion changed really quick when I asked them why it would need new brakes when the brakes they looked at are literally brand new. Less than 500 miles on them. Comment : Scheduled my vehicle for an Inspection and a wheel alignment for 3pm on a Thursday. I didn't hear from them till the next day and they informed me that a brake line broke after test driving. I picked up the vehicle immediately and fixed the brake line myself. I brought it back to them within 2 hours. Didnt get a call back from them till the next day and they told me it failed inspection for an exhaust clamp. Even worse they called right before they closed. So my vehicle was stuck there over the weekend. I looked over the vehicle and found no broken exhaust or clamps.I took my vehicle somewhere else on Tuesday morning and it passed inspected. Plus they made me aware that I had a loose idler arm on the steering. Comment : Dave the Owner is a thief he stole my nail gun out of his loaner car he took back from me and then held my car for 3 weeks when I brought my car to him with the parts I needed. Then I had to pick me car up because no work got done and my battery was dead my handle was broke never would go there again

Comment : I would not bring your vehicle to this company for brakes. They have attempted to fix the brakes on my truck 4 times. They charged me 3200 dollars to fix the breaks. Every time I receive the vehicle back the brake petal goes to the floor. The owner tells the same story that he has fired everyone that worked on it and to bring it back for them to work on. They have been attempting to fix the brakes for 8 months. My mother almost got into a car accident with the truck. If you value the welfare of your family do not bring your vehicle here for any kind of brake repair.I would not bring your vehicle to this company for brakes.
