However instead of properly diagnosing the leak they changed the valve cover gaskets and cam seals and they didn't properly connect a crankcase breather hose on that job.Car also has experienced electrical issues and instead of diagnosing that they changed the battery, alternator and battery end.The battery end looks like it came out of the junk bin with mismatched bolts. The issue ended up not being the alternator but the factory negative battery cable. The cars negative battery cable has a sensor which controls the voltage through the Computer ( variable voltage charging system). That electrical misdiagnoses ended up costing her over $700 and another 100 for the butchered battery cableIf your looking for a shop that will properly diagnose your car and not overcharge you for unnecessary work then stay clear of this shop!I'll update if they even changed the plugs on the passenger side when I install the proper plugs.'> Reviewed : 12/12/2025 Comment : My Mother has used Worrell for over a decade. While going over her maintenance records I was shocked at what I found. They changed the spark plugs at 42,000 miles, (mileage in pic), OEM plugs are NGK with a service interval of 100,000 miles. When changing the plugs on the car you have to remove the intake plenum to get to the passenger side plugs and theirs no gasket listed on the invoice. They also used Autolight plugs which are garbage, ask any ASE mechanic and they'll tell you only NGK or Denso in Japanese cars. I wouldn't run them in my lawn mower! Now the car always had an oil leak which ended up being a high pressure steering hose. Price is outrageous. I didn't expect to get Robbed by a small business. I wasn't told in advance that you will pay Extra charge if you bring your own parts. Gave me my old plugs but charged a disposal fee. Total cost to change 4 spark plugs was $166.92 I had to work 12 hours to pay 1 hour mechanic fee for a 30 minute job. When I ask how much she said she was to busy to get me a price at that time. This is a one person office. As a invoice was created and my keys were taken i should have been told the cost. a price is usually agreed upon i would never agree to the price charged. It was less expensive at 2 other shops. I made a bad decision leaving my truck not knowing the cost in advance. This was the first time and last time doing business here. 1 Reviews Franklin moss Biloxi, MS Reviewed : 07/03/2025 Comment : They were very busy. 1 Reviews Robert lee Biloxi, MS Reviewed : 05/03/2025 Comment : They communicate clearly and very honestly. I have brought two of my vehicles here a couple times each and the qouted amount had no surprises. Very happy with the service level, communication, and delivered on time. Good place. 1 Reviews Bridgett h. Biloxi, MS Reviewed : 12/31/2024 Comment : several months back my mother took her car to have starter replaced and when we picked the car up she drove it home and the same afternoon she tried to start the car and it would not run. she called and they were very rude to her. 2 days ago my sister had car trouble and the price they were asking was more than she could afford and her car quit as we were backing up. they basically ran us out of the parking lot before anyone make it to us to tow the car. they said we had to push it off their property immediately. Poor customer service very rude people. I would definitely never recommend this place to anyone. 1 Reviews Jos? santos Biloxi, MS Reviewed : 12/07/2024 Comment : Excellent person, excellent mechanic, I recommend them to everyone. 1 Reviews Lindsay hoversten Biloxi, MS Reviewed : 11/29/2024 Comment : Brad and Lisa were so nice to deal with! Our daughter is currently stationed at Keesler. We live in Iowa. Her car had troubles. Brad communicated clearly and called us several times talking through what was wrong with the vehicle. Going forward our daughter will use Worrell Auto for her services and hopefully no more troubles. It gives us peace of mind being so far away, knowing our daughter has a service center that won't jip her or use her.
