The car was finished a few days earlier than estimated, answered my few concerns, no issues. Glad I brought my vehicle to this shop.

After my car accident, the insurance company referred me here. Big mistake.

When I finally got my car back after a long wait, the horn still didn’t work and the brakes weren’t fixed. They claimed they replaced the horn with a new one, but nothing was resolved. I brought the car back multiple times over the span of three weeks, and every time they either claimed it was fixed or told me to wait until the issue happened again. I even showed them video proof of the horn not working, and one of their own mechanics confirmed it but still, their answer was “take it to the dealer, we don’t know how to fix it.”

They wasted my time and did nothing to actually repair the vehicle. Worst of all, every time I asked for an update or explanation, I was met with rude, dismissive responses like “we don’t have time for you.” Completely unprofessional.

Do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere else. I’m extremely disappointed and highly do not recommend this shop.
