Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I hit a deer in the fall and took the truck to World Wide. They were done on time, easy to work with and when I climbed in it this morning, not only did they wash the vehicle, they had vacuumed and cleaned the dash/console. It was unexpected but incredibly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Comment : Just picked up my vehicle, the shop did an outstanding job. Would recommend this shop to anybody even if you have to drive further than your area like I did.

The car was finished a few days earlier than estimated, answered my few concerns, no issues. Glad I brought my vehicle to this shop.
