Comment : Went to Wooster CJDR to look at a car we saw on the auto trader website. Richie Fontes noticed us looking around, he got us the keys to take it out for a test drive. He came along with us because we weren’t familiar with the Wooster area. He answered all our questions and helped us with our purchase and trade in. Great guy!! I would recommend asking for him if you decide to buy a car there! He’s friendly, informative, gives you space to make decisions and then comes back to follow up. He’s not pushy like some places you go. Our car purchasing experience was easy, laid back and not at all stressful. I would buy there again in the future! Thanks for the great service Richie! Comment : Called Kalvin the day before I could get there. He had the car I wanted ready to go. While we drove it he got our trade-in appraised, got back started the deal, happily left with the car we wanted. Appraisal was a bit disappointing. Were told their diagnostics detected battery/ electrical issue so lowered our value. Battery was less than 2 months old and everything worked perfectly electrically but we sucked it up.

Comment : Called 5 times before making a 160 mile trip was told safety inspection was done lol had a flat on way home spare was flat and spare tire well was full of water also all insulation around spare tire well was soaked engine oil leaks and not full when I got home they had a person cleaning cars across the street in a field with buckets etc crooks that's all they had car running when we got there I asked why was battery dead he said no but three days sitting dead for me at home a big buyer beware there not there to help you out that's for sure scammers for sure
