Comment : We just picked up our car after having a complicated issue. Justin was on top of it! Checking, double checking to make sure all was good before we took it home. The charge was reasonable for the issue and time it took to repair.
We are extremely impressed with Wooster Jeep's service department!
We highly recommend for all your service needs and ask for Justin!

Comment : My driver's window would not open or close electronically. They gave me an appointment within 10 days. When I met the appt. they had the part needed and installed it. I was relieved since I had to return to New York from Ohio. Polite and prompt service. I'm so grateful.

Comment : This is not where I usually go but I wanted to go outside my usual and I am so glad I did! Justin was super professional and nice and everyone there was as well. I went in for an express lane oil change, was second in line and was in and out in less than an hour....46 minutes to be exact. The price was also about $30 cheaper than where I usually take it sooooo.....I'll be back!
