Comment : Woodward Automotive saved me when I really needed help. My car broke down while I was in Connecticut, and I had to get my transmission fixed in Virginia. They made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. Their communication was clear, they handled everything smoothly, and they were extremely helpful every step of the way.

Blessings, I am shocked not thrilled about this place at all. A dear friend of mine paid to have my truck fixed last year & had my inspection done at this place. Which I am very grateful for them both. I sent thank you cards to them both..but the very very next day I called her back for I had no headlights, turn signals, nothing, she said, they didn't work on that & wasn't told to, so how did it get inspection sticker then ? most all my fuses where taken out, but I have replaced them all back myself. Well, it's time to get it inspected again. I went to another Automative place, here in the Burg. I find out my driveshaft is gone ? The oil drain pan has a temporary plug, oil dripping & the welding done on the muffler is unexceptionable & there is no claps on it at all, it's a wonder I haven't lost it. Whoever the Mechanic was that worked on it, needs watched. Not Cool at all. Sad, We count on you, especially me for I am a Evangelist & driving everywhere, spreading the Good news of Jesus.

The work was completed on time, at the quoted price, and without any upselling or surprises. My Volvo now runs great.

Comment : Not many places my area that I can trust to diagnose and repair my 2009 Volvo. I’ve wasted so much money at automotive shops that didn't know what they were doing. Now I drive all the way from Colonial Beach to Woodard just to have my oil changed. I also come here for all other minor and major repairs. I can trust them, they are always professional, courteous and they don’t price gouge.

Comment : I had a couple of concerns about my daughter's Rogue when I drove it last week so she took it to Woodard. They gave an honest assessment about the brakes, tires, AC and even a bad USB port but did not recommend any repairs at this time. That was welcome news. We'll be back when those repairs are needed!
