Comment : I really want to put no stars had a truck in for repair or they say repair I had called them to let them know my issues with the truck and that I had to tow it there to get fixed and that they would just charge me by the hr I said that’s fine after only working on it for two hrs they washed there hands of it and called and said they didn’t want to proceed this is a 2022 vehicle so I am very confused why they can’t fix it apparently they don’t have any idea on how to very fix a problem unless they can just change and oil filter and Walmart does a pretty good job at that! I don’t like writing negative post but this one should hopefully make people aware they also charged me $310. For the two hrs and didn’t do anything that I didn’t already know!

Comment : The process was the smoothest I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. There was no pressure as I was choosing a vehicle.i finally selected a 2021 Equinox. Most everting was done via text prior to going in. Dale and Amy were terrific. They gave answers before I even asked questions. They were friendly and professional. Each of them said “ welcome to the WK family”. I really felt like I was treated like family. I will never purchase a vehicle from anyone else!!
