Comment : Purchasing a new F350 truck was a good experience and we especially appreciated the efforts of our salesman, David Warford who went out of his way to make the purchase easy. We had to wait a very long time to meet with the financial person, but when we finally were able to sit down with him, the financial process went smoothly. We also appreciate that Tom Welch took immediate action when an issue appeared with the paint on the truck and we are very happy with the results.

Comment : Wonderful experience with salesman JD (Jake). He was very low-pressure, engaging, extremely informative and patient with all our questions. He earned the 5 stars. The business/finance guy almost lost the sale. He detailed the available add-on services and when we graciously declined, he ignored us and worked up more numbers. Again, we tolerantly declined. He then pouted as he shuffled the papers around. He was CLEARLY upset with us. We were already choking from his fake-smell machine in the office, but we actually considered leaving without writing a check at that point. We were so rattled by his behavior, we totally forgot to use our credit card for some of the transaction as previously planned. Now we have to hunt for ways to manage that amount from our personal finances. Ugly experience. JD, however, was a superstar, and the only reason we didn't back out of the deal. Thank you JD!

Comment : Found a used car online that I was interested in, I reached out to them through text message. Elizabeth got back to me immediately, she sent me all the info I requested and some photos of the car. When we went in for a test drive, Dave was great, he even came in on his day off, the entire process was very relaxed, I didn't feel the typical salesman pressure. John was able to get us a stellar rate for an older used car, the entire process was smooth, we will be returning for our next car!
