Comment : I’ve bought an 2010 F150 (that I’m still driving) and Turbo Flex from Wiscasset Ford (traded after 210,000 trouble free miles) and now they’re my go-to repair center for my 2023 Lincoln Aviator.

Wiscasset Ford being a certified Lincoln service provider was great because it saved me 2 round trips to Portland to the Lincoln dealer to have the recalls on my 2023 Aviator resolved along with some software issues in the onboard electronic warning systems.

Always fast, courteous and honest service. I wish Wiscasset Ford had a second location in eastern NC where I spend the winters.

Comment : Service rep Matt was as helpful as possible, as he always is- but I was less than happy that the cost of my 60,000 miles check up options posted $400 more than I was quoted when I took it in. Matt was able to help with some of that. As a customer i expect the cost should stay somewhat close to what is quoted unless other work is needed( which in my case was NOT the scenario. If you can’t offer a quote that is honored, I dare say you shouldn’t offer one at all!!!😢

We have ventured to other car dealers and brands but always end up back at wiscasset ford for the friendly staff and great service plus the prices are good and how can you beat no doc fees. 100% recommend Wiscasset ford

Comment : My husband and I just purchased our first ever vehicle from a dealership, here. They made the process not only painless but actually enjoyable! After car shopping for two weeks and feeling like we were getting nowhere we called Wiscasset Ford. Jeff was wonderful from the get go and let us come in the same day to check out a few options. He was great and really knew his stuff! He helped us test drive the cars we wanted while he was working with a few other customers and we were impressed by his ability to multitask but never make us feel like we were on the back-burner. We drove away that evening (they even stayed past quitting time to get us squared away) with our new car and were so happy with the whole process from start to finish. We were happy they offered services other dealerships didn’t. I wish we had come here first! Highly recommend Wiscasset Ford!

Comment : I was sold a lemon. At the time of purchase, it was a well-known fact through Ford and their dealerships that there was an engineering/manufacturer's defect with the 1.5L EcoBoost engine: coolant intrusion through the cylinder walls. The only fix is an updated engine block.Which would cost approximately $9,000. The exact month I got the car finally paid off with 100k on it the check engine light came on. Go figure. I'm pretty disappointed in the Ford Motor Company and its dealerships for not offering some kind of remorse or a solution. I've currently joined a nationwide class action lawsuit against the Ford Motor Company, as have many others.I talked to a salesman recently; he said $500 for a trade-in for the car. Ridiculous. Buy a Toyota.

Comment : I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing my 2022 Ford Explorer from Wiscasset Ford. This was truly the best car-buying experience I?ve ever had?and I?ve purchased several vehicles over the years.

DJ Dignum was fantastic to work with in sales and leasing. He listened to what I wanted, answered every question without hesitation, and made sure I was completely happy throughout the process. He kept me informed while the Explorer was in the shop, handled every concern I had, and always asked whether there was anything else I wanted to know. DJ is knowledgeable, personable, easy to talk to, and has a great personality. He made the entire experience feel comfortable and welcoming.

John McCaffrey in finance was equally great. He was straightforward, efficient, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. He clearly explained everything I was signing, reviewed the optional products without pressuring me to purchase anything, and made the financing process incredibly easy. You can genuinely tell that he enjoys his work and cares about the people he helps.

It was clear that Wiscasset Ford values its customers and wants to help people?not take advantage of them. The entire process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend DJ, John, and the whole team at Wiscasset Ford. Five star all the way!?? ????????
