Comment : If I could zero stars I would. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. They had our truck that we purchased from them for over 6 months. They lied to us about putting in a used part, and I was told the part was on back order this whole time. I called the dealership a town over and they had the part available next day. Drove 45 mins to pick up the truck 3 separate times after being told it was ready, only to get in and have all the dash lights still on and the truck not actually fixed. Got sick of waiting and being lied to so we picked the truck up with the lights still on and they refused to refund the $500 gap insurance deductible (that we actually paid twice) even though they never fixed anything.
They also sold us the truck with a passenger tie rod on the drivers side, forcing us to spend $1200 on a set of new tires two months after purchasing it.
Don’t buy anything here and don’t try and get anything fixed here - schemey and quite literally caught them lying about putting a used part in.
Run the other way.

Comment : I dropped my car at 8:30 in the morning at 3:30 in the afternoon. They hadn’t touched it because they were working on another car just like mine. They want 3000 for a new muffler well, that’s not why I had it in there. They did find another problem that was under warranty issue but they couldn’t even look at that. They kept my car all day long for nothing total waste of time. This is the second time That I’ve taken my car over there and they didn’t touch it. I’m not happy with Service Department at Wisc Ford.

Comment : Easy, got to explore options, ended up with the vehicle I selected online. One-price buying experience was great, although I admit I spent slightly more than I’d planned, but got a better truck for it. Jordan was great, very friendly, easy to work with!

Comment : In looking for another family car, I did a lot of research on reviews, prices, etc. before making a decision then started watching the prices at a bunch of our local dealerships. After a couple of weeks, I found a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport that was a great deal. We called an made an appointment to see the vehicle that afternoon after we got out of work. JD was very friendly and had the car ready for us when we arrived. After a successful test drive, he worked with us to solidify our financing, even coming in a 1/2 percentage interest rate lower than our long-term credit union. With a simple purchase price, there was no haggling which is always a welcome relief. We completed the actual paperwork with Tim and headed home with our new car. We've had it a week and are thoroughly enjoying it. Will definitely consider working with this team again!
