Comment : The owner is very kind and extremely helpful. Took photos and everything that I would need to show Hyundai whose fault it was. I got oil change at Hyundai before travel and they added the plug loose which caused all the oil to leak.

My car has had trouble starting for the past several months intermittently; we replaced the alternator, battery, terminal… caps? whatever holds it in place. And never a solution that lasted very long. We kept wondering if it was the starter, and our suspicions were confirmed after my car had issues starting again this morning.

We were turned away from a different shop, but a quick call confirmed that Wimmer’s could help us out. We arrived around 12:45 and ended up picking our car up at about 5pm - they were able to switch out the starter and complete an oil change, they even gave me a complimentary exterior wash! Altogether it ended up around $900 including the diagnostic and the VERY thorough multipoint inspection.

I’m so appreciative of the whole team, they really hustled to make sure that we could have our car back before they closed and it truly means so much.

Comment : Wimmers sends out a detailed checklist of the inspection and work to be done and work to watch. They include pictures. Its very easy to see it and they are helpful to explain in detail why they recommend work to be done. So no surprises, and easy online payment.
