Comment : Great customer service. I have a retired Acura that needed some checks done. Wilson's not only did what they said they communicated with us at every step of the process and were kind enough to assist with getting Buddy=Acura home. Scheduling and drop off was simple and efficient.
I definitely would return when needs and they are highly recommended. Thanks for taking care of us!

Comment : Great family business, got me in to fix my AC during the hottest days of the year. Had a issue after the repair which was not their fault and they worked me in to get it fixed. Their employees are friendly and care about the customer as well. Thank you Wilson's

Comment : Lady service advisor was rude and acted like she didn't want to put any effort in. I wonder if she knows ou have to sometimes argue with warranty companies to get the job done. It's fine tho. Affordable auto care accomplished want you couldn't and got the warranty to pay for it. He wasn't a jerk either.

Comment : Had to get car towed. Driver offered to stop at gas station where I was getting dropped off, to allow me to get my gear out of the car.

When I was able to finally get to clean out the car, staff were accommodating, and were even willing to share the images taken from the tow with me.

Granted I hope I never have to use their services again, especially being out of town, but if ever needed would have no concerns with using them again.

Comment : The lady working inside the office, was rude, said who are you here for, didn't have a helpful attitude at all, seemed like she was confused, or distracted, not interested in helping me.
