Comment : Our son's car had problems and had to be left in a parking lot on campus. We're 275 miles away and don't know who to call, but got a rec for William Wells. Within an hour, the car had been picked up, and taken to their shop. Within 24 hours, we had a diagnosis of the problem, and it was repaired as soon as parts arrived. They were fast, dependable and fair. Thanks!

They did an excellent job, kept us informed, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I couldn't be happier with the service and the work they did. I highly recommend them!

i have been a customer here for three to four years (old car, i travel a lot) and i consistently have been talked down to by all of the male employees. william wells is just like all of the other car repair shops- filled with men that think women are idiots that don't understand anything about cars. i have put up with it for years and will now have to officially find a different place because of a technicians's extremely condescending and unprofessional conversation with me that completely crossed the line. go literally anywhere else

Comment : Service was excellent. They provided a late-night tow in a rainstorm at a reasonable price, arriving on-site within about 45 minutes and working hard in the rain to get me out of there. They towed back to their shop and kept in close communication with me, giving me regular updates via text message. I had a good number of questions, and they patiently answered all of them.

Prices were all reasonable, and they asked permission via text before doing anything that would cost me more money. I googled the prices they gave me, and they all were about normal for the industry. I wouldn't call their prices "cheap" -- but I don't want the "cheap" people to be working on my wife's car! I prefer a reasonable price for quality service, and that is what I got at William Wells.

Overall - great service, fair prices, and a group of people willing to go above-and-beyond to help their customers. I hope I don't have any more car troubles, but I'll be coming back here if I do.
