Comment : Let me tell you how fast God works. I had a a blow out on the passenger back side, coming down the bypass from work. I called around and everyone was too busy to help this little old lady out of a bind. Everyone said it would be over an hour or two. I quickly became frustrated because I really didn't know what else to do, I had ran out of options. I just closed my eyes and said a quick prayer while sitting there. And not even 5 mins, I look up and see a William Wells truck pulling up behind me. My eyes filled with tears of joy. Raphael you are truly an angel from the heaven gates. This young man went above and beyond to get this old lady back on her feet. He was fast, very patient, attentive, and just an all around amazing person. After putting my spare on, he checked my tire pressure and all to make sure I was okay to get back on the road. After everything was done, i asked how much was he going to charge me. To my disbelief, he said it was on him today. WOWW!! I would highly recommend using this company for towing or auto services. After today, they have forever gained a new customer.

Comment : I had a flat tire recently around 11:00 pm in the Starkville area. Though AAA I was assigned a William Wells tow truck technician. Raphael arrived quickly, assed my situation, and suggested that he fill the tire, follow me home, and reassess. Raphael followed me back to my apartment and then offered to give me a tow to William Wells to see if they could patch the gash. He gave me his phone number and personally texted me the next day to see if my issue had been resolved. William Wells quickly ordered the tire and replaced the flat. I was blown away by the level of care and concern that Raphael showed. I highly recommend using this business for your tow and auto needs.
