Comment : I will never come back to William Wells. I ordered a tire that never came in and they said I was issued a refund when I called. I never called and was never issued a refund. I was then accused of riding around with the tires in my car. I was spoken to like I was stupid. Never in my life had I been spoken to so poorly by a grown man and blamed for his mess ups. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Comment : Thank you to Elliot and Steve who were very helpful when I recently needed a set of 4 new tires. The staff there are friendly and accommodating. They explained everything thoroughly, and the prices are fair and competitive. I would suggest anyone in need of mechanic services give them a call or visit.

Comment : I can’t say enough good things about William Wells Tire & Auto. I was in a tough spot after getting a flat tire Tuesday night and being out of town the following day. When I returned home on Thursday, one of their servicemen came to me and had a spare on my car within 20 minutes so I could get moving again. The very next morning, I drove to their shop and was in and out in under an hour with a brand new tire. Everything was handled so efficiently that I still had plenty of time to take care of errands before driving to Atlanta that same afternoon for a flight. What felt like an emergency was resolved quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. I’ll gladly be relying on them again in the future.

Comment : First class all the way! My daughter's car broke down and I am 4 hours away in Tn. They got it towed to their shop and fixed in 2 days. First, they were upfront about the cost for the car to be towed, diagnosed, and to fix it. They kept me informed through the whole process and got my daughter's car back to her for college quickly. It took a lot of pressure off this dad knowing that they had my daughter's best interest in mind! Thank you William Wells Auto!
