Comment : Very disappointed with the service. I took it in because of a noise coming from the engine. It went misdiagnosed, and I was charged about 500 dollars for a “fix” that did not solve the issue my car was having. On top of that, none of the technicians were going to be available to properly fix the issue in a timely manner although I was ensured it would be resolved in time. I also had to call for updates regarding the “repair” instead of being kept in the loop during the process.

Comment : This tire company is the absolute BEST!!! They took care of a flat tire while I was in Starkville on business “like it never happened!” These are good , honest people that will take great care of you! I’m probably going to misspell this, but if you can, get a hug from Ju Ju!!! She’s THE BEST!!!♥♥♥

Comment : I wish I could give zero stars. I would never suggest anyone I care about to come here. They've screwed me and my family and friends and coworkers over multiple times. They have lied about several things such as repairs that "needed to be done" but didn't, or repairs and tests that they claimed to do and didn't. In fact, my car was working fine until I brought it here for a diagnostic test. The next day, the engine failed, misfired, and spark plugs were soaked in oil. We took it back and asked what went wrong, considering the day before they'd said my car was good to drive. Williams Wells said they would clean my spark plugs to see if that would fix it, which would take about an hour. Twenty minutes later they came back saying, "It's done and it didn't help." My car wouldn't go over 30 mph AND the spark plugs were still sitting in oil AND a piece of a spark plug was broke off in the engine. Another mechanic told us that and sent us pictures. William Wells' lies and bad service have cost me months and lots more money in repairs. This is just my car! Let alone my friends and family's cars! Another example: William Wells replaced the rotors and brake pads in my husband's car, but the set screws weren't put back in on the driver's side! Or who knows, maybe the screws walked out on their own. Worst place in the Golden Triangle.

Comment : This place has taken care of my daughter twice! She is at state and it’s hard to get her taken care of from home. She had went to Midas when home and they told her she needed back brakes as well and it would be 1,500! Crazy! I told them no thank you and really didn’t believe them. She went to William wells since she was back at Starkville, and they told her she didn’t need back brakes but does need tires! So I do appreciate them being honest! She went back for back tires today and they was able to get her fixed up. They were very nice and helpful. Thanks from a grateful parent!!!
