One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! Would highly recommend! 1 Reviews Richard howell West Point, MS Reviewed : 04/27/2026 Comment : Great service good pricing 1 Reviews Kevon, patrick West Point, MS Reviewed : 04/27/2026 Comment : Great experience. We had a blowout and this company answered the phone early on Saturday morning and came out to fix my tire very quickly . The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended. 1 Reviews Rick maharrey West Point, MS My son took the Hoopty to them 4 months ago. They went thru a stringent Diagnostic phase listing me thousands of dollars of defects. They fixed the ones I deemed critical and all was good. They fixed them, I paid them for the service they provided. That's how business works. All Good.So the Hoopty starts having another issue. He dropped the car off last week (oil leak and engine overheating issues) and a whole William Wells Crack Diagnostic job was done. Interestingly, things from the previous list weren't on the list but a whole new list worth thousands of dollars were. Also the Check Engine light was noted as "on" but no further investigation of that appeared to happen. The only things noted for the Radiator was dirty fluid, suggesting I pay for a $500 flush? No. I let them fix the oil leak and then on the test drive they discover Radiator fluid leak?? Hmmm, William Wells Diagnostic missed that. Could that have been the source of the overheating?? They installed a new thermostat and on the ensuing test drive they discover the Blown head gasket? I get the call and they are so sorry they missed it but can fix it for thousands more or a new engine. Also saying my son should have pointed out the radiator issue to them at the beginning???Again no illusions of what that car was but William Wells took no responsibility for missing the diagnosis or the $1,300 of ensuing work that is now to a extent moot. Just a half hearted "sorry" and here is the bill. I do believe they were sorry and felt they had under-performed but did not feel sorry enough to accept any responsibility or provide any relief. After two days of grousing I did get them to reluctantly waive that $150 Crack William Wells Diagnostic fee. THANKS.Again, maybe I don't know how business works but William Wells certainly does. Take that for what it is. Another lesson for my son, maybe for me as well. So from my experience 50% of the time they do a good job. So now you know, and knowing is half the battle.Thank you for your attention to this matter.'> Reviewed : 04/25/2026 Comment : Maybe I don't understand how business works? I have no illusions to what my sons car is. It is what we would call a "Hoopty" in the service. Just transportation and Hooptys' require work from time to time. Now, Shade tree mechanics are notorious for chasing symptoms and adding parts as they try to fix one problem after the other, potentially costing money as they fix all around the root of the problem. William Wells doesn't bill themselves as that but maybe they should? My son took the Hoopty to them 4 months ago. Once I left, my car started having issues starting, and at this moment doesn't run at all. They admitted it had to be something on their end and are still charge $178 for a diagnostic on the car 1 Reviews Cedrick glenn West Point, MS Reviewed : 04/20/2026 Comment : William wells gets over !!
