Comment : While in Starkville for a weekend game, our vehicle began to run hot. A friend recommended this shop, so we left the vehicle. We were promptly called Monday morning and the problem was diagnosed later that day. Parts were ordered, problem fixed and we picked it up the following Saturday morning. Comment : This was genuinely the most devastating experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. They take advantage of young women and completely overcharge them with no remorse. It is a disgusting establishment with no morals and no good character. I stopped in on Wednesday afternoon so new tires could be ordered for my car. I took my boyfriend with me, because I am well aware of how these places take advantage of young girls. This, however, was still not enough. They tried to sell me tires for $530 dollars. I almost fell for it until we realized my dad had already ordered them. They sold him $350 tires. Another important thing to note is that I asked them specifically how long it takes for them to put on tires and they assured me no longer than 30 minutes. Thursday, I received a call at 10:30 that my tires had arrived and made it to the shop at 10:45. All I needed was two tires to be put on the front of my car. Thirty minutes go by and another man comes in asking for the same thing. He gets out forty five minutes later. I m still waiting. I was there a total of 1 hr and 45 minutes and FINALLY I get called up. Not only did they completely waste my time but they also charged me an additional $42 dollars for 2hrs of labor on something that only takes 30 minutes to do. If you or any young women you know are considering using this place DONT. They lie, cheat, and steal. Comment : Not as good as they used to be. I asked them to put my spare back where it goes because they didn t the last time and they didn t. And I m now showing a low tire 2 days after I got it back.
