Comment : William Wells provides great customer service. I recently needed a flat tire repaired and was not able to get to the shop until right before closing. The staff was very accommodating and got the tire repaired. I have already and will continue to recommend William Wells.

Comment : I highly recommend anyone in the Golden Triangle area to take their car to this business. Bubba is my new best friend and his customer service was excellent. They repaired my car AKA Sweet Pea and were reasonably priced.

Comment : My son had his battery light come on while he was at MS State and he doesn’t have the tools with him to diagnose. As he is 3 hrs away I gave him some direction on how to resolve. I figured it was the alternator but had him take it to another highly reviewed shop to make sure that was the issue as his battery has a 4 year warranty. They confirmed it was the alternator but were a little higher than I expected to repair. I started to just pack up my tools and go down to fix it but called Wells at my wife’s suggestion as they are highly regarded on the “college mom” forums she gets on. They were right in line with what I thought it should cost to fix it so I told him to take it there. They were super friendly and helpful and texted me that he really needed a new serpentine belt as well. I had forgotten to tell my son to request a new belt so glad they texted me. They also sent some other suggested services that he needs (that I am aware of and going to do myself when he is home for the summer) but absolutely no pressure at all from them to do those. Bubba at Wells was very helpful and I will send him back there for anything else he needs while off at school. I don’t think you can go wrong with these folks. They will take care of your kid.
