Comment : AMAZING people and service! We had a tire going low while driving from Florida to Minnesota. Called to see if they could assist us. Told us to stop on in. 35 minutes later they had us and our dog back in our car and out the door.
I hope they see this review ,so they all know how much we appreciate them and their kindness. Highly recommend them!!!!

Comment : The Front end staff at William Wells are great; friendly and personable . My interaction with Elliot was great, as he tried to address and resolve each concern that I had. The mechanic shop is where I had concerns , not about their work, but the cigarette smoking by the mechanic staff. Not only is cigarette smoke an allergen, but the smell is repulsive . I found that to be most unprofessional and with little regards to the customer’s personal distaste for the smell in their car. I did address my concerns and they were met with a desire to address the issue.

Comment : Have four tires replaced. The team diagnosed a problem with one of the wheels. However, they failed to inflate the tires to the proper pressure. Initially, I thought it was one Tire, but I discovered that it was actually at least three of the four with the fourth being in the acceptable range, though on the low side
