Comment : My wife and I was stuck their for 2 days waiting on a part for my truck!
Williams towed our truck in - the tow truck driver swapped out trucks to accommodate both of us. (The standard truck couldn't carry 2 people). The next morning Bubba got our truck dionosed and the part order then sent someone to pick us up at the Hotel. The part didn't show up so he got another driver to take us back to the hotel and again picked us up the next morning.
The part showed up and the truck was fixed very quickly.
The Bill was very fair with no charges for picking us up or dropping us at the hotel. No additional charge for the tow truck driver to swap out trucks.
Thank you Bubba and Rafael we are home for Thanksgiving!

Comment : Very disappointed with the service. I took it in because of a noise coming from the engine. It went misdiagnosed, and I was charged about 500 dollars for a “fix” that did not solve the issue my car was having. On top of that, none of the technicians were going to be available to properly fix the issue in a timely manner although I was ensured it would be resolved in time. I also had to call for updates regarding the “repair” instead of being kept in the loop during the process.
