Comment : I will never come back to William Wells. I ordered a tire that never came in and they said I was issued a refund when I called. I never called and was never issued a refund. I was then accused of riding around with the tires in my car. I was spoken to like I was stupid. Never in my life had I been spoken to so poorly by a grown man and blamed for his mess ups. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Comment : Thank you to Elliot and Steve who were very helpful when I recently needed a set of 4 new tires. The staff there are friendly and accommodating. They explained everything thoroughly, and the prices are fair and competitive. I would suggest anyone in need of mechanic services give them a call or visit.

Comment : I can’t say enough good things about William Wells Tire & Auto. I was in a tough spot after getting a flat tire Tuesday night and being out of town the following day. When I returned home on Thursday, one of their servicemen came to me and had a spare on my car within 20 minutes so I could get moving again. The very next morning, I drove to their shop and was in and out in under an hour with a brand new tire. Everything was handled so efficiently that I still had plenty of time to take care of errands before driving to Atlanta that same afternoon for a flight. What felt like an emergency was resolved quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. I’ll gladly be relying on them again in the future.
