Comment : 27 point inspection, I was told spinner on right rear, front left and right lower control arm, wheel bearing and hub.

Issue: Car all over the road at slightest bump or wind. Passenger right rear tire is kind of at an angle. Steering wheel pulling completely right. Both back tires treading completely worn down in 2-3 days. I?ve replaced them twice in the past week.

Replaced everything from inspection. Only declined the alignment. Truck is still all over the road. Wheel still completely pulling the right which will continue to wear the back tires down. They can?t tell why the passenger right rear is at an angle. Suggested a body shop. Parts and labor for all this was $1465. Robbed blind because it?s either the truck ONLY needs an alignment or something is wrong with rear suspension. Mind you they drove the truck during inspection.

Told to bring it back to ?see? if they could find what was wrong. What was the point of inspection? Also, told ?I?ll see what I can do for you when asked for a partial refund.?

Comment : I went by William Wells on Wednesday 07/23/25 and talked to Cory about a problem I was having with my blower on my air conditioner/heater. I didn't know if it was the blower motor or the wheel that moves the air through the ducts or both and ask if that was something they could fix. He said they could fix it. It was almost lunch time and if I didn't want to leave it then that I could bring it back after lunch or bring it in the next morning. And me like most people didn't want to be without my truck for days waiting on it to be fixed. He told me that more then likely they could get it fixed Wednesday. So I brought it back at 8 Wednesday morning but he didn't know for sure how long it may take to fix it because they haven't even looked at it yet. I didn't have no one to take me back home so I could wait at home instead of staying at the shop maybe all day. So he said he would be glad to get one of the workers to take me home. It was about 8:30 then and about 11:00 he text me and said my truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. I told him I still didn't have a ride to pick it up. So he gladly sent an employee to my house and brought me back to get my truck. The price was what figured it might be for what they did. But the best part was they fixed it in a way faster time then I thought it could be fixed and did everything they could to make it easy on me was all very polite and treated me with respect. That is something you hardly ever find these days and believe me, it impressed me. Thank you to William Wells and crew for what they did for me.

Comment : Great service today from mechanic Charles Rose and service advisor Karenda Hill! My 99 F250 had antifreeze leaking and coming in through the air vents. Charles diagnosed and replaced my heater core very quickly. No more breathing in antifreeze. Thank you Three Star Auto!
