Comment : I've been going to Whitney Auto Service for many years. They provide excellent work. But the biggest reason to go there is their honesty. Daren will always be truthful and honest about what your auto might need. Many times hes has saved me a repair I thought I needed, but told me I didnt need it. In business, trust is everything. Take your car here, you will be so happy you did.

Comment : I have been going to Whitney for close to 40 years. I trusted Roger, who never gauged me and always worked hard to fix my old “beater cars” when I was a young single mother, and was always fair with repairs on the newer cars I brought in. My experience with Darren, his son, has been just as positive. They bend over backwards and find an affordable
solution. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family!

Comment : Here for the holiday, I discovered a leaking axle boot on my van. Whitney Auto Service welcomed me in the Monday before Thanksgiving and replaced the left side axle assembly by COB, eclipsing my worry about the return to Colorado and allowing relaxed enjoyment of the holiday. I now have a shop in Van Nuys.

Comment : i called about a free diagnostic and they wanted to charge me $220 just to look at my car. before i mentioned my car, the guy said it was free, when i mentioned i have a bmw he suddenly bumped the price. what a shady mechanic.

Comment : My 3 year old Mazda warranty just expired. Another service advised that left rear shock was leaking. Should replace both, cost over $500. Decided to get 2nd opinion, which directed me to Whitney's. I so appreciated how he interacted and explained the issue. They will get my business in the future.
