Comment : I own a small Business and one of our service vans that is still under warranty has a transmission issue. Van has been there for 4 weeks and technician has not even looked at it and said we are 4th in line and can't even tell me when they are going to look at it. How are we supposed to run a business when we can't get our vehicle serviced in a timely manner! The entire time there has been no communication from the service dept. only when I call them.

Comment : My truck broke down heading on a hunting trip to Oklahoma. I was 5 hours into a 20 hour drive when it happened near Saint Clairsville and I was fortunate enough that it was towed to Whiteside where I was introduced to Henry in the service department. Henry helped me arrange for alternative transportation so I didn’t have a major delay in my trip. He worked with me every day to get the truck finished in time for my schedule which was a serious deadline. Once again, a huge thank you to Whiteside, but specifically Henry. He is 1st class and deserves every bit of this 5 star review.
