Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Nate provided outstanding service. Even after working a 12+ hour shift, he showed up professional, courteous, and ready to help. He handled my performance vehicle with great care and confidence, which gave me complete peace of mind during the tow. It?s clear he takes pride in his work and treats customers? cars as if they were his own. Highly recommend Nate if you need a reliable and professional tow.

Comment : Driver was very unprofessional and rude to my Son that needed a tow and kept giving him a run around and started being very belligerent when I told my son to request a new service because there?s no way anyone should be rude to a young driver. The drives name was Richard and if this is how whites has there employees treat others then of course I will have my family and I take are business else where when it comes to do anything with towing cars.

Comment : I had an incident with my car this morning and tow truck driver, Nate, came to my rescue via AAA. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and help. He made a rough situation so much easier on me and I am very grateful for his assistance!

Comment : I broke down and a sheriff deputy called to help get me off the road. They tried to charge me a $175 impound fee on top of the $120 tow fee and refused to drop the impound even though I was not being impounded. Driver was completely UNPROFESSIONAL arguing with me and the sheriff demanding that we have pay the impound fee to let the tow truck I called to hook up even though they never touched my car. He refused to move his truck to let the company i called to hook up until he was paid. Then through a fit like a child when he was forced to move his truck. I would highly recommend using someone else as this place likes to do bad business and wax people any way they can. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a tow truck service provider ever.

Comment : I rarely leave reviews, but I felt the need to after our experience with White’s Automotive Services. My sister and I were driving home from a trip in the middle of the night when we got caught in a snowstorm. The roads were dangerous, visibility was poor, and there were no exits nearby, so we pulled over and called AAA. The AAA agent assured us that help was on the way. After waiting for a long time, the tow truck driver arrived. Instead of helping, he was rude and refused service because we weren’t “stuck” or “broken down.” He made an inappropriate comparison to drunk drivers, offered no alternatives, incorrectly said the nearest rest area was one mile away (it was actually 4.5 miles), and then left us stranded on the highway. We were willing to pay to get somewhere safe, but that option was never offered. While AAA should have been more clear about their limitations, the driver’s behavior was unacceptable.

Comment : We called Triple A to have our car jumped. Andrew came and tested our battery. It was over ten years old and getting bad and we had him replace it. Great young man, great service. Very happy with the whole experience.
