Comment : My alternator went out enroute from New York to Michigan. AAA recommended I tow my car to White's Automotive for repair.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received. White's Automotive was honest, kind, courteous, prompt, and had great communication. They were so easy to work with and my car runs great again. Thank You!

Comment : I have never wrote a bad review until today. My 2019 Jeep Cherokee broke down on September 4th. Unfortunately I panicked & called the police who then called a tow. The tow truck driver was so nice & asked me where I wanted it towed I said “Idk” he said how about Whites? I said sure as I am unfamiliar with any mechanics in Norwalk. I called Whites and told them that my exhaust was broken and maybe that had something to do with it. Clearly that was not the issue but I wanted it fixed with whatever else was wrong. I was charged $3.00 according to the paper due to my exhaust pipe being broken. I am completely baffled as I already knew this. I feel like I was overcharged. However I picked my vehicle up on September 11th only to find out that my exhaust pipe is still broken and I still have a 4WD light on!!!

Comment : They towed my car after an accident, they showed up pretty quick and I set up an appointment for the next day to gather my belongings from my car as my insurance said it was totaled. Upon arrival I noticed that my car had been gone through. I had expired diabetes medication in a bag that I was planning on taking in to Walmart, I left it in the car as it wasn’t a priority at the time of my accident. It was double bagged and tied in a knot and I know for a fact that it was not opened during the accident. Both bags were ripped open and medication all over the floor. I asked the tow truck driver who had went through my car? Of course it was denied that anybody was in it. How awful to know that the people you are trusting to take your car after something tragic happens, will rummage through your personal belongings… I didn’t bother calling the police as I had no proof as to what was missing and it would more or less be my word against theirs, but I definitely was leaving a review so that others may be warned that if you need to get towed by them that you need to make sure to remove any belongings that you don’t want gone through or stolen! I would’ve expected a lot more from someone who charges this much to get a car towed smh

Comment : Absolutely ridiculous rates for a tow, refused to give us a rate before hooking up our car after an accident and when we called were given conflicting information by multiple different people. Extremely unprofessional scammers, I’d rather push my car across town then ever be robbed by this embarrassment of a company again.

Comment : Mike was a great help in a very scary time. He kept us posted on the ETA and let us know up front what the price of the tow was before hand. He even helped with the call to the highway patrol. We dont realize but these tow truck drivers and workers also risk their lives helping people stranded in many places in our case we were on the left lane shoulder of the highway. He was very pleasant and answered all of our questions throughout the process. Thank you Mike for your kindness and efficiency. Please give this man recognition for his hard work. Thank you for being their in our time of need.

Comment : Yesterday came an tow driver his name is Elvin Ruiz and gave me a gd services and came ontime but the only thing of services that Rheet Hall needs to respect to the employer of the way he talks to him when I heard his conversation and for someone like it affect the company to lose their customer and from there Elvin Ruiz is a gd team to work with and I Contract him to any company....

Comment : I had a great experience with White’s Automotive Service. The tow driver was prompt and professional — said he’d be there in 20 minutes and showed up right on time. He loaded my car quickly and got it to the destination without any problems. Really smooth and efficient service!
