Comment : I had a dead battery and called AAA. They hooked me up to Whites Automotive. Since I live in Elyria, I kind of questioned why a company out of Norwalk would service me. I had to use the local AAA affiliate out of Elyria several times over the past 7 years and was really disappointed. They either showed up without the correct equipment, dead power in a jumper box or no jumper cables. All that they wanted to do was sell me a new battery, even if I didn't need it.Long story short: I am sooo glad that Whites Automotive came to the rescue! The Tech, John, was awesome. He explained everything to me, he had a great sense of humor and showed me all of the readings, etc. to confirm a dead battery and working alternator.The vehicle was a 2013 Chevy Malibu. Changing that battery out is not easy. It has all sorts of computer gear, etc. running all over it. Comment : We were stranded on a very cold evening when our truck wouldn't start . Whites auto tow truck driver Justin saved the day. He got the truck on the bed and off to the dealer in no time . We really appreciated his effort
