Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I came to them when a dent in my car door was keeping a sensor from registering that my door was closed. They were able to get me in that day and were so kind and easy to work with! They quickly fixed my car and it was clear they weren't just trying to get a buck.

Comment : I recently had an unfortunate experience where someone backed into my car in a parking lot and left a small dent. So, I took my car to Whaley & Son Collision. I had the pleasure of meeting JB at the shop. He was incredibly professional, and kind. JB assessed the dent and had it removed in a mere 5 minutes, and didn't even charge me for the quick fix. I was deeply impressed by the level of service and the friendly, professional atmosphere at Whaley & Son Collision. I highly recommend this place for any of your vehicle's body shop needs.
