Working with Tori was an absolute joy, very nice lady, amazing service advisor. One of our claims adjusters, Kareem mentioned how easy it was to work with Tori. Greatly appreciate the level of customer service and cohesion!

Comment : Bryce Austin was absolutely amazing. I was busy at work and he and I texted some info back and forth. He put some stuff together and in no time we had a deal. And they had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Fastest car buying experience ever. And everyone was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend. They earned a customer for a long time.

Comment : Brought car in for warranty work. They had the car for 7 hours and never fixed the problem. They told us about our lug nuts and how they needed to be replaced because of an outside influence, even though we bought the car from there and only serviced it at a wetzel dealer. Price ranged from 70-240 for the lug nuts and we never got the original problem solved. We have bought multiple cars from wetzel and have had cars worked on there multiple times and we will no longer be going there because of this issue. Do better.
