Comment : I enjoyed my service advisor attitude. She was friendly and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. (Kaitlyn Hancock) service advisor is a role model all advisors should follow in my opinion. Westway Ford hot a home run with this advisor. Always has a smile for the customer and knows the vehicles.

Comment : It took way longer than expected. I was at the dealership for close to 3 1/2 hours almost 4. Then I was told that I needed a new battery before the recall could be completed. The battery cost me $286 that I was not expecting. So the free recall actually ended up costing me money is not happy.

Comment : This was the first time I used them but I had 2 recalls and needed my car towed in. They called right after they received it and kept me in the loop the whole time. They fixed both recalls within 3 days and the car was running great. They didnt try to sell me on additional services which is something other dealerships have done to me in the past. Very good servive will come again if needed.

Comment : I have been going to Westway for several years now. This time I requested services totaling $1000 +. One week later my tire pressure light came on. All 4 tires were low. I have since air them and no issues. I can only assume the tire pressures were not checked. I am still satisfied with my services and hope it does not happen again.
