Comment : We waited over 5 hours just to get an oil change. People came and went and for some reason they wouldn't do our oil change. This was very frustrating and an experience I never want to go through again. Never going back.

Comment : We paid $300 for the tow and almost $400 for the new battery and that wasn't even the problem. The very next day on the road it did the exact same thing!! The message was the same, Full accessory power active, then it would stop running. We couldn't get it out of park. If we would wait 15 minutes it would start back up again, after awhile the same thing!! Very frustrating. Especially because we are traveling.

Comment : Wow! Where do I start. As I stood there ungreeted lakia approached and asked had I been served, and I was not. That's what started the great divide between a love and hate. Turn my whole experience around now I a exuberant to return for my next service

Comment : I had a very bad experience for my servicing. They overfilled engine oil. Once I drove off the service center, my car spit smoke flumes, engine shakes a lot and no acceleration in the middle of highway. Such a negligence.

Comment : They didn't change my oil when they changed my oil line. I was advised it would be part of that service. I checked my oil and it is black.
