Comment : The service was terrible… They were incredibly rude. When I paid, I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me one. They said when you pay with the credit card, you do not get a receipt. I paid for an oil change, and that was it. I asked the technician if there was anything wrong with the car and then he said yes there was some serious issues that needed to be addressed immediately. Had I not asked, I would’ve never known this. I decided to take my car elsewhere. I would never use this shop again.

Comment : The owner was so honest and upfront about my cars issues, and costs of repair. I had taken my car to a BMW dealer and there they tried to sell me on repairs I did not need and wanted to charge me twice as much. I really respected the honesty and fair prices Westside auto charged.
