There is almost always a waiting list to get you car repaired here. IT'S WORTH IT! In a moment of weakness, I took my car to another repair shop and got a reminder as to why I only use Westside 66.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Would rate 0 stars if i could. Waited 3 weeks for my appointment. Vehicle went in on 1/29/26 and they didn't call me for weeks. In fact they never called me at all - I finally called 14 days later and the guy sounded annoyed. On 2/19/26 (21 days later) i picked up my car untouched. Not fixed. No maintenance report. No eta on the part. Nothing. I had a rental this whole time and it cost me a fortune - all for nothing. I told the girl at the desk i was disappointed and would like a call. its been a full week not one word. Girl at the front is nice but these guys did nothing for me and frankly screwed me over having a rental with no repairs accomplished. My vehicle sounds and is driving horribly and I've now spent 2 months of winter with no heat. The day i picked up my vehicle the Toyota emblem fell off so its actually in worse condition now. (lol) what the actual?

They could have just turned me away and said they were busy and I'd have the repairs done by now. I have heard great things about Rich and was excited to start a relationship with this shop on account that i own a 50 yo classic. Guess ill look elsewhere.

I recommend not going here for service if you are a woman. They just treated me like a dumb girl. Disappointed is an understatement.

Comment : They are competent, fast, friendly, and just wonderful. They are the best place to take your car. They are the only full service station probably in Kansas, most likely in the U.S. (they even hold the door open for women)

Comment : Went a couple of Saturdays ago with the dreaded light sensor, Rich and Sammie checked the tire thoroughly, filled all the tires and no issues since. Always great service.
