My car, Mini Cooper, had to be towed into them as the clutch was completely disengaged. It’s a big repair and they explained to me what parts were needed and the labor required since they had to take it apart to do the work. They also found a corroded starter cable which they also repaired. My car is driving great now and I like that they made sure to test drive it to make sure everything was repaired properly. I feel they were very reasonable and honestly diagnosed and accessed what I needed to have repaired.
