Comment : Fantastic shop experience. Brought in my car that had a fuel line leak and showed them exactly what I wanted done, everyone I spoke to was friendly and they fixed it quickly at a fair price. They also gave me a ride home from the shop which I greatly appreciated.In addition to this, my car had an unfortunate accident with a supplier to their shop that scratched my bumper, and this shop went above and beyond on helping me deal with them and their insurance so I had to do the least amount of effort with getting that fixed. Comment : Realizing I somehow have never left a review for the Westerville Automotive team (on Westerville Rd.)! We've been clients for years now, with our two vehicles. My car in particular is prone to all sorts of crazy problems, but this team has gone above and beyond for me time and time again to get things figured out. They are honest, straight shooters who have consistently been very fair and generous with what they've charged us for the problems we've had. The amount of consultation and diagnostics they've had to do for my car alone has been a lot, but it has made me feel like we're partners in the car care, not helpless observers (which I love). My husband's truck has needed some things as well, and they've done a great job helping him too. All of our many experiences have been wonderful. Comment : I have been going to these folks for at least 17 years. They???re up front, do quality work. I had a ???97 Malibu when I first started going to them, that had over 210K miles on it. One time it was making a funny noise. They took a look at it, and told me ???yeah, it???s an old car with a lot of miles - they???re gonna make weird noises sometimes.??? They could???ve made up something and charged me for it.
