I wanted to send a sincere thank you for taking such good care of me and my Sienna 2017. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I truly appreciate your honesty in telling me I needed a water pump instead of a tune-up.

After losing my husband Oscar things have been a bit of a challenge, and your understanding means the world to me. It is wonderful to know there are still such good, honest people in business.

Their employees are very knowledgeable, competent & welcoming. I always go to where I feel wanted & comfortable. The employees are the best.

Comment : Westside auto is a rip off. Especially for women who go there without a man who knows his stuff. I when to Gino this pass week for a tune up. I was charged almost 900 bucks. I was told I ?Needed? a major tune up that?s why it?s so expensive. Upon getting my vehicle serviced I noticed damages done to the left passenger side at the bottom where they had to put it on a lift. My car was returned to me scratched and paint chipped clearly visible and caused by Westside Tire auto. I noticed this later on the same day of service but Westside Auto was closed. The next day was Saturday I got up early went there to speak to Gino the owner about my issue. My car was scratched and chipped and also rummaged through. Gino was a smug jerk. Very dismissive and argumentative. Not once did he try and rectify ANY of my issues, instead he said this happens to all cars over time getting fixed. WHAT?! Excuse me!?! This can?t be the owner. He was rude and didn?t want to hear nothing I said. Not once did he offer me a dollar back for the damage THEY caused or even offered me a darn car wash. Nothing absolutely NOTHINGG! He is a joke and so is their services. I went to another shop a few days later and I was told I was over charged by over 500 bucks. I?m so pissed. Not only did I over pay but have to ride around in a car I?m STILL paying on with damages I didn?t even cause. Poor excuse for a business man and he is pathetic to speak to a woman in that manner. Do NOT shop or trust Gino at Westside Auto. They are horrible people and bad for business. I only went there because my job has a contract with them and I figured they were legit. But I was sadly wrong. Please shop around before going to westside auto. I promise you will save a headache and plenty money. They deserve 0 stars but I can?t summit this complaint without a rating.

Comment : I enjoyed Westside Tire and Automotive. Friendly, professional personnel explained my car's needs. They took care of everything, and my car drives better than it has in a long time. I like their honesty, reliability, and service guarantee. A reliable local business is fantastic. For future maintenance and repairs, I'll return.

Comment : I have been using Westside Tire & Automotive for years. The mechanics are very professional courteous and do a great job. I wasn?t sure what the problem was but they found it.
