Comment : I got a flat yesterday. I brought my car by Lincoln Service Center and Arthur Garza took care of me. I always get wonderful customer service from Lincoln.

I typically interact with Pat or Arthur. Both are very friendly and are honest about what my car needs.

I have been coming to this Lincoln Service center for maybe 6 years. I like that I always know who I will be dealing with. They are great about providing updates.

Comment : We bought a new Navigator from this dealership in August 2020, and it was our second purchase from this dealership.  We were already familiar with the Navigator as we owned one, plus we had demo'd a new model one at another dealership; we came here after a bad experience at the other dealership and were already familiar with exactly what we wanted in terms of features / extras.

Mavis assisted us and was very nice.  It got frustrating after we agreed upon a price and trade-in value as it took two more hours to get the vehicle ready and get in front of the finance manager.

The pricing on the new as well as our trade-in was very good, but the "Lincoln Experience" afterwards  left a lot to be desired.  When we finally checked out with finance and walked over to drive the car off the lot, it was late and the service department was closed.  Why is that important?  There was a service / check engine light on that would not turn off.  Mavis said we would have to schedule an appointment with the service department, drop the car off and deal with it.  Seriously, on a car that is still on the showroom floor?  If we hadn't already signed for it and titled our old vehicle over, we would have left and come back to take title once the vehicle was ready.

The Lincoln Experience had multiple failures after the sale - they say they are better than Lexus and, as a former Lexus owner they leave a lot to be desired - we never were notified our plates were in, and we called several times.  On the last day the paper tags were set to expire, we called again and were told the plates were in.  My wife went up there to get them installed, but this dealership won't install them for you - they just hand them to you and you are off on your merry way.  That's a first in my car buying experiences.

If you are looking for a good price on a new vehicle and not getting screwed over on your trade-in, I would recommend this place.  If you are looking for attention to detail and customer service after the same, it's a totally different and disappointing story.

Comment : I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP OR IT'S OTHER DEALERSHIP IN SUGARLAND.  They sell used cars with CPO and are not.  Even after they admitted they have any person look at the car, not a specialist that should.  My car had total body work and I found out 3 days after purchase with proof.  They would not admit miss representation of the sale.  Deceptive trade practices are done at this dealership.  
DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Comment : i didn't know until later that they lied to me about a 2020 Aviator I wanted to look at. Said they had to get it from somewhere else. They didn't-it was theirs.  When it came time for numbers, they offered a ridiculous amount for my trade in, which was a 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited, and didn't even use the price on the Aviator  that they said they would let me have it for. Very condescending when we told them what we would pay plus our trade in. Went to another dealer, who got the very Aviator we had looked at (specific color) from West Point and we happily  bought it from them. If you're looking for a Lincoln-don't waste your  time at West Point. Go to PLANET LINCOLN!

Comment : They do not know about cars! I've been hearing noise when driving. they simply said that was because of tire balance and alignment. And plus they describe even I admit to have the recommended jobs done, that noise would be there any way. But my experience told me that the cause of the noise is from axles, bearing and /or rack and pinion. I believe that they haven't test drive before they get the conclusion on that matters!
