Comment : West Main Auto never disappoints! Once again excellent service! Trustworthy, friendly and efficient team! Comfortable waiting room with lots of amenities whether you need to do some work on your laptop or just want to occupy your time with one many interesting books on the bookshelf. Best auto repair shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with!

Comment : West main has lost my business. I will not deal with rude mechanics. I was a loyal customer and we called to see about having a car fixed and they were extremely rude with my wife , we will be finding someone else.

Comment : I cannot say enough good about West Main Auto Repair. If I could have given them 10 stars, I would have. My brakes were grinding and I needed to have them checked out. I called West Main Auto to make an appointment and I'm so glad I did. It was my first time there and I was so impressed with the people, the professionalism, the honesty, which, by the way, is very hard to find. They checked my car out and I, of course, was expecting them to say that my car needed everything, brakes, roaters, alignment but they said it was fine and didn't need anything and there was no charge. Unbelievable. I would recommend them to everyone. I would not go anywhere else.

Comment : Wondeful service, diagnosed the car by driving in it for 15 mins, got it all done in an hour and a half tops. On an emergency call too! We were allowed in very last minute!

Comment : Have been here several times, always treated well and car issues taken care of quickly. Staff is always kind and courteous, and HONEST about what's wrong, never attempting to upsell unnecessary things like some shops do when they see a woman coming in.
