Comment : I called and received an appointment, which was easy. I knew my brakes were going to be close so I asked to have Toyota pads and rotors on standby. The inspection occurred and the brakes passed again but were very close. We had a great conversation about just replacing pads etc. I went with the full replacement. Two words come to mind. Honesty and safety. Because West Goshen Auto was so honest I was able to make a safety decision.

Comment : Didn't even have the opportunity to come into this place and never will. Was screamed at over the phone for "already calling them and asking the same question". I was interrupted and belittled by the person I was speaking to and was told that I would not be able to have my problem solved. I called another auto body shop asking the same question and was told they could help me immediately and were more than willing. Whoever is answering their phone calls is very rude and clearly does not want customers.
