Comment : great. i love that they send over text of their inspection and what needs to be changes. They show video and images of any issues. in addition, they don't force you or try to convince to get services you don't need. Me and my Family have been going to them for several years.

Comment : Service advisor, Jamie, got me approval for my warranty to co er faulty part. He called me upon getting the approval and scheduled an appointment for me. He met me at service drive, wrote up the service and said car would be finished in two hours. I waited for my car and it was finished in two hours as he promised. Jamie was just great!

Comment : Horriblelike always!! Lack of care, overall, but comes from the top. Fred has told me to my face that he doesn't expect his shop to work on an FJ Cruiser, because they're not made anymore. Totally unacceptable, just like always.
