My wife was looking for a new vehicle, as her ancient CRV has lived a full life, and my wife was ready to move on, after owning the car for 12 years. She told me she found a vehicle at Werner, and that she went to see it and test drive it. She really liked her sales representative, David Lee, and put down a deposit on her vehicle. I was skeptical about this, as I have many friends who have placed deposits on vehicles, only to have them sold out from underneath them, with no refund on their deposits. My wife contacted Werner with this concern, and received an email back from Eric Werner assuring her that would not happen.

I went with her to actually finish up the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. David is indeed a solid sales representative, and a really cool guy. Sales aside, I liked him the moment I sat down. He treated my wife with great respect, and treated us the same as if we were buying a far more expensive vehicle. He also took a lot of time out of his day to thoroughly go over the features of the vehicle, and made sure we understood how everything worked before we drove off.

Matthew Lemire, the finance manager, is another great asset to this business. He went over the final details such as warranty and service, he gave us all of the offerings from Werner, and broke down in plain language all of the benefits, and the added cost. I will add that I've felt greatly pressured at other dealerships when I've purchased in the past, but I did not feel that way with Matthew. In the end, my wife opted for the Premiere extended warranty, as it was actually a reasonable cost.

Lastly, the actual dealership is spotless, and very nice looking. The showroom really makes you feel like you're buying the best of the best. Werner obviously takes pride in their business, and is careful to hire only those who add a lot of value to their dealership and their reputation. This was a fantastic experience, even for me, and I wasn't even the person buying the car! When the time comes to trade in my pickup truck, I would strongly consider coming back here for my next vehicle.'>

Comment : I'm sure my wife will want to post a review herself, as she is the one who recently purchased a new Mazda through Werner, but their service was so excellent, I wanted to take time and post my own review.

Comment : The purchase of the new car was ok.
The dealership is not one for negotiation so be sure of the price you want to pay before going there.
Our biggest issue was with the registration and insurance process.
We live in Massachusetts and we were buying in New Hampshire.
Our salesman Rob and the dealership management kept telling us that we could drive the car home with temporary plates and after we notified our insurance company of the purchase.
THAT IS NOT THE CASE!
Our insurance broker and insurance company both told us that we absolutely
could not drive the car until we had Mass plates and insurance in place for the vehicle.
Just be aware and check with your insurance company before purchasing a car and driving it off their lot if you are from out of state.

Comment : I’ve had my car serviced for a better part of a year now with Werner Mazda, and can’t say enough positive things about the dealership up until this last time when even before coming into the dealership, I gave Dylan the service manager, a heads up about the gouge on the barrel of my wheeland said it was unacceptable and Dylan agreed , but then today has a 360? turn of events and wants to blame this on the wheel repair shop and you can see for yourself. Also trying to point fingers and Blame isn’t exactly a good look. Pull the repair order on the date that the tires were mounted and balanced figure out the tech that did it and question the tech and make it right to the customer

Comment : Recently went in for an oil change on my CX-30 and ended up leasing a new CX-50! Alex H took the time to show me several difference vehicles that suited my needs and we got the price to exactly where I needed.
Also, the service department is thorough and efficient with great communication.

Comment : Great dealership to buy a car from. Michael was down to earth and very friendly. It’s a family dealership without the pushy salespeople like other places. Highly recommend.
