Comment : Purchased a wholesale vehicle from them. Walked in to pick it up. The way the person who greeted me to the manager I assume handing the keys. Complete disrespect. Felt like they had the attitude of being a Ferrari or Lamborghini store. But even those brands you get some form of dignity and respect. Wake up. You sell Mazda's. Comment : This is my second car from Werner Mazda. My sales representative Joe Murphy is fantastic. He explains everything about the car and goes over the purchasing process. I wouldn t deal with any one else. The other staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Financing was made easy. Would not buy a Mazda anywhere else.

Comment : Would not recommend. There are plenty of dealerships in this area, the people at hyundai and honda are VERY friendly! The sales agent was Robert very rude. He lost my buisness with the disrespectful communication. He needs more training. I will never give them buisness or go back.

Comment : I knew the Car I wanted was at this dealership. I test drove and decided to go for it as by that time, I knew about 2021 and 2022 mazda cx5 more than the salesmen there.These are either a bunch of arrogant sleezy salesman, who are drunk on their good business, Or they are just very lazy and don't bother providing any information unless the customer asks and follows up.Once I finalized the deal, I was asked to take a seat to see the business manager to close the deal. It was around 3:20pm. I saw a couple leave.Michael mentioned, "you'll be next, since yours is a cash deal, it will be very quick" i was waiting to get in. But at 3:45pm, i saw them walking a white couple into the business manager's office. And they got out at 5:20pm.I was sitting there with a migraine. I wrnt to Michael's desk a few times, telling him, I had a bad migraine, I thought i was going in to finish. He had a rude respnse " this is a car dealership, it takes time".He could have just out of sheer courtesy, sent me in to finish the deal and sent me on my way. They would have still been on time for the couple.It was eggregious, inhuman and disrespectful. They knew, I wasn't going anywhere now since I paid the deposit.To have them mail my own documents was an ordeal. They hurriedly scanned some documents, argued that it's legible and emailed them.I hope something humbles them real soon. Not going back for the next car, nor would recommend for friends.Not surprised many have great experience because New England is predominantly white, and they get different treatment, evidently.I've lived 15 years in NYC and never felt like I was treated differently, but these guys just have it in them.I mentioned first thing after test drive, that i heard a funny noise on passenger side mike said " there is no noise". Sure enough over the weekend, I hear a random sound on passenger side and need to take it in to get it seen.I knew the Car I wanted was at this dealership.
