Comment : I bought a van locally that had just been fully inspected and brakes serviced by Wells River Chevy. Their brake work was done INCORRECTLY and it caused a ton of damage (3k worth). I got stranded and had to have it repaired by a Ford dealership so I could safely get home before the ice storm that was coming. The Ford dealership put in writing that the damage was consistent with Wells River Chevy Dealership's mistake, and I have all repair invoices, photos, and documentation. This dealership is refusing to take responsibility or reimburse me for their negligence. I am lucky I was not seriously injured due to their mistake. They have left me with no other option than to pursue legal recourse. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

My salesperson, Ted Cooper, was straight forward and helpful with the technology in my new truck. A shout out to Wells River Chevrolet and their staff. Thank you

Comment : I’m thoroughly dissatisfied with this dealer!
Although they knew I was traveling 400 miles to get there to pick up my new 80K truck, it was not working properly and I was stuck at the dealership for two hours while they reprogrammed my tailgate.
Now I find out that although GM doesn’t bill for the first 3 months of ownership, the dealer scheduled my first payment for less than a month after delivery although I confirmed with the salesman that I would have 3 months before any payment was due.
I won’t be back nor would I recommend any friends to work with Wells River Chevrolet.

Comment : First time buyer from Wells River Chevy. Could not have asked for a better experience. I called Ted Cooper and told him what i was looking for and he did just that! It was smooth as can be. Starting with a test drive, then with the help of Grace Zambon on the finacial side of things it was a pleasant experience, with a great deal to top it off! Highly suggest Ted Cooper. Great down to earth, stand up guy!
