Comment : Bought a new car 2017. Engine blew at 25K miles when Weirs tried to "recreate" overheating problem. Replaced under warranty. After end of warranty, all of a sudden there were many repairs that "needed" to be done. $7,000 in repairs later, I learned these were just manufacturer's recommendations, no evidence of being necessary repairs, and the service rep told me they don't even check to see if it's necessary. The last service was replacing my AC compressor. After that service, for the next 2 years until I sold the car, I had heat about 20% of the time, with the problem caused when switching from heat to AC and back. Tried to get them to fix it but they told me that unless I could PROVE the problem was caused by their service, I would have to pay for the repair. Almost $600 in "Diagnostics" later, still no idea of what the problem was. Because I couldn't prove they had caused it, it was never fixed. They told me many times during the course of ownership that they "take care" of their customers. That was not my experience and going there for service was a costly mistake. If they say you "need" a repair... ask for the proof that there actually is a problem!

Comment : Everything at Weirs Buick GMC is top notch! From personalized customer service to the extremely clean bathrooms. Doug Simmons was our salesperson, and he was very knowledgeable and warm. He gave us all the information we needed and then some. He suggested the best options for us but did not push or oversell. We feel we got a very fair deal on the truck we purchased. I had searched in advance to find a good interest rate and thought I had found one. However, their finance guy Josh found us an even better one. They detailed the truck before turning it over to us and the service manager took time to come and ask us if everything was satisfactory. We will return to Weirs Buick GMC and Doug when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle.

Comment : Weird has been servicing my vehicles for many years now they have always gone the extra mile to try to figure out the issue that brought my truck into the shop that somehow goes away as soon as I pull onto the lot. Also I recently purchased a Jeep for my son and they made it a very memorable moment with pulling the Jeep into the showroom, getting a bow and playing along with my shenanigans my son was dead set on Getting this particular jeep that he saw at Weirs, we did all the paperwork behind the scenes so that when he showed up to pick me up from service thinking that the jeep he wanted sold, he would get A surprise every 16-year-old that just got his license would want A spotless Jeep Wrangler, with a red bow and his name on it sitting in the showroom.

The best experience ever buying a vehicle in my 40 years of car buying. Ryan, Josh, and Nick are the best, organized, so easy to work with. The facility is top notch. My GMC AT4X AEV is amazing and the quality is top notch. The features blew my Tundra away in every category. I'm sorry I didn't do this sooner!

The whole team was transparent and provided me unbelievable great pricing and helpful financing options, No hidden fees or pressure. I felt like I really got an unbelievable great deal on everything.

Excellent Service Dept Support - Courtney was nothing short of phenomenal, masterfully navigating me through every facet of what to expect from their incredible service department. I hadn't even purchased the vehicle yet when she took the time to explain how easy working with the service dept is and she was right. She reached out and scheduled my 1st service and I loved the communication from the phone call to the notification reminders. Thank you Courtney!

Overall it was an exceptional experience - always helpful, not pushy, and truly understood my needs. Most impressive was the response time and detail they took with every question I had. I truly appreciated the respect for my time. Again Ryan, Josh, Nick and Courtney - you rock!
